Good list. As I told you earlier, some of the characters are mostly between two tiers rather than completely belonging to one tier or the other. I'd prefer if we have a division like A and B within the same tiers tbh.
@azronger: Wonderful read on the blog. Really loved the additions made to it. Just wanted to add to the already brilliantly written blog, regarding the firebending skill section, excluding very specific moments, Ozai's jets during the whole fight only had flames coming from one leg. That's an insane amount of control than anyone else we've seen, if you ask me.
@azronger: best of luck with your new stuff! I'll read the blog once again in some time. It was a genuine pleasure discussing with you, both on CV and discord! Wishing to see you back soon!
"He must unequivocally be a tremendous negative influence on the world, and has to be someone who cannot be reasoned with or subdued peacefully, for Aang’s dilemma to truly be a dilemma."
Exactly. The main villain of Avatar couldn't have been a person with good and bad qualities. It had to be the one figure who personified the Fire Nation's greed and rogue militarism. It had to be someone who not only embraced the Fire Nation's ideals of superiority, but embodied them.
Spoke the words out of my mouth. Great thread Azronger!
