Valencia, Spain
Captain Joseph Vertigo, the iron fist of the royal Spanish navy was given a task that he was born to do. Throughout his years serving the queen of Spain, his ambitions always made him the envy of the fleet especially with his swashbuckling crew and clothing. He commanded the greatest ship to ever leave the shores of Spain, which made him a force to be feared of on the Mediterranean.
He was personally ordered by the Queen of Spain to take his crew and ship to raid the enormous British naval fleet that was heading for the Caribbean. Even though it would publicly disgrace his name and loyalty to Spain to become what he was born to do, he accepted the task willingly. He knew his actions and attitude within the navy wasn’t accepted by any of the other captains so he set sail from the ports of Valencia, leaving his home country and becoming a traitor for the service of his queen.
With all preparations made, the famous renegade ship known as "The FarCry" left port to seek riches and glory as swashbuckling pirates. Captain Vertigo would become the legend he always wanted to be, even if he had to travel the world to hunt down pirate ships and the Royal British Navy.
