i think the people who are saying Db has is about raw power or just laser shots are being a little bias
1 their is more to martial arts then pressure points just watch things like mix martial arts. the times in those matches do the combatants hit pressure points is not too often.
In Dragonball and Dbz their is a lot of reading what your opponet is going to do for dodging puposes with is a skill

well then the iron man suits really lack any durability so it will depend on how much batman can use his vehicles but it should be a close match i would give JL the edge in it though
do the avengers only get feats from the 2012 movie or are all the movies conected before and after included because if the former jl wins hands down. if the later for tech you have a battle between batman and iron man which could go either way. superman versus thor and the hulk which i would give to the hulk and thor but they would be hurt pretty badly. GA would beat hawkeye pretty well . BC would beat BW after a good fight. and i dont think we can tell between flash and the cap yet
Oozarus are either slower or at the same speed as normal for reaction speeds just like a fly has better reation speeds then we do. now travel speed humans are faster then flies

1 if superman needed a team of laywers Bruce wayne can and probably would finance it can those laywers beat Luther's maybe but Luthers past incidents could help in that department. Most heros can either afford legal assitance, know someone who would pay for it and/or are Laywers themselves
