Both of these covers, which I had actually forgotten were for the same issue (for some reason I remembered the second one as part of Batman Confidential's Lovers and Madmen arc) immediately sprang to mind. Though I know All-Star Bats was widely disliked and still is, I've always wanted to know more about this version of The Joker. He is the one and only reason I have ever been disappointed that the book was soft canceled quickly after his debut.
Am I the only one who's more interested in discussing Mr. J's new 'do than the age old and, frankly, kinda tired debate of who wins in a fight between Batman and Superman?
How about we all stop being feminists or masculinists and become equalists?
YOU CAN'T TAKE AWAY MY BENDING.
Anyway, I kinda understand what they're trying to say, and @spideyivydaredevilfan26 makes a good point by pointing out that modern, social media justice style feminism treats women as victims instead of empowering. The original form of feminism seems to be what these girls are advocating, whether they know it or not, which is great. I totally support equality. This weird, hard line, EVERYONE IS A VICTIM AND MEN ARE ALL SCUM form of tumblr feminism that's cropped up in recent years is a bizarre, twisted version of the original concept.
So I guess I kinda support what these chicks are saying? I dunno. Just my scattered two cents.
Ok, this is just my opinion based on one thing that Peter says. He says to Miles, "oh yeah, you did that to me too." after seeing Norman be venom blasted. As I recall from Spider-Men, Miles did this to Original Peter when he crossed over dimensions. Not sure why he is over here again, but this makes more sense than bringing him back alive.
When alleged resurrected Peter broke into Miles' apartment or whatever, Miles venom blasted him there. I think. I believe that was in issue 2.
