Symbiotes already have healing fator aswell.... at least that aspect is even

I´ll go for Toxin.... let me see if i can explain my ideas clearly, here it goes: let's say Spidercide is an "Upgraded" version of Spiderman so as Venom, Carnage is stronger than Venom and Toxin is going to be even more than those 2 togheter. So i guess Toxin gots more to offer and can win this battle.

Well Lobo would win..... im a Symbiote lover but this time, Venoms got a REAL problem. The thing is, lobo is exagerated in all sense, even inmortal (for what appears in the comic vine desciption). You were right about "one-sided"

Invisible Woman...

If she could stay invisible and place that vesel at the same time, i doubt Wonder Woman can say what hit her. Stealth is always a better weapon than simple brute force sometimes

Venom........

The old spidey always defeate Venom because he uses fire, or sonic waves in hes help, he dosnt uses hes powers like in other enemies becuase hey... Venom have them.

Maybe Spidey 2099 talons and claws could make a fight but, we have seen Venom fight blade-equipted enemies before and is not like he cant handle it.

IF Spidey and Venom could be placed in a place totally empty and force them to battle using theire powers... Venom does the deal, and if he cant, he just have to bond with the guy hehe.

But if its a normal comic battle then yeah, spidey would find a way to defeat the symbiote, and it would be easy.

Magneto dosnt even have to move a finger in this fight.... by the time the Thing finally gets close enough to punch him, Magneto already have launched a whole building upon him. Besides, Magneto can fly

Well, i guess the fact that a Hero have such a bad life makes him want to be a Hero.... normally tragedy leads them to accept theire roles as "justice-keepers". So i think is kindda like a formula.
