The most powerful One Piece Swordsmen
This is a list of the greatest, strongest, and most skilled One Piece swordsmen. The characters who we don't know much about (Like Ryuma) are NOT included.

Oden knew all forms of Haki, had the greatest sword style (confirmed in the SBS) and in his prime, was comparable to Roger and Prime Whitebeard. Even before Oden's journey as a pirate begun, Prime Whitebeard considered Oden as a threat and that Oden managed to clash with Prime Whitebeard.
Whitebeard considers everyone in his crew as his sons EXCEPT Oden. Oden was the only man who Whitebeard considered as a brother. After a 5 year long journey, Oden then returned to Wano and was confirmed by the narrator to be many times stronger, as well as being "invincible" and "knowing no enemy of his caliber". Even though Oden was rusty in his fight against Kaido, he overwhelmed Kaido in the manga with relative ease and Current Kaido put Oden on the same pedestal as Rocks, Roger, Whitebeard, and Shanks.
Even when we look at the beginning of the flashback, a 18 year old Oden was very impressive. He oneshotted the Mountain God with one slash, and that slash was so clean that it not only didn't kill the people that the Mountain God devoured, but also didn't kill the Mountain God even though the Mountain God was cut in half. Oden's cut was so clean that he cut the cells of the Mountain God in half so that both severed parts were still alive and could be put back together. A feat that none of the other Swordsmen in the series have done.
All in all, Oden was immensely strong as he gave Kaido (a Yonko) lifelong PTSD. Oden's feats and potrayal puts him above every Swordsmen in the franchise.

This is the Roger from the Oden Flashback, not the Roger from the God Valley Incident. Since the Oden who returned to Wano was many times stronger after his journey, and was said to have the greatest sword style, it puts Oden's abilities as a swordman above those of Roger. Oden managed to do what Roger wasn't able to do: Scar Kaido. And the Kaido which Oden faced was much stronger than the Kaido which Roger faced during the God Valley Incident.
Current Kaido put Roger and Oden on the same pedestal so their rank is switchable, Oden could very well be Number 2 and Roger Number 1 after all, but taking everything into consideration, Oden is the superior Swordsman as he 1)has all forms of Haki like Roger and 2)was confirmed to have the greatest sword style, meaning his swordsmanship is superior to Roger's.
If we were talking about the Roger from the God Valley Incident (Prime Roger), then maybe Roger would be Number 1. Then again, maybe he was in his prime in the Oden flashback, it's hard to tell.

He became a Yonko after he lost his arm and clashed with Old Whitebeard and split the skies with him. It's possible that he's stronger than I think he is and that he's actually above Oden and Roger, but as of now, he belongs in Number 3 due to a lack of information.

Lack of information, similiar to Ryuma, however, Mihawk did attack Old Whitebeard to measure the difference in strength between him and Whitebeard, and Jozu blocked Mihawk's attack with ease. He also postponed his fight with Vista, who's a Yonko Commander. I'm sure that there's more to Mihawk, but as of now, he's not that impressive. Him failing at killing Pre Timeskip Luffy while not holding back, was quite pathetic. Oden is easily above Mihawk as a young Oden clashed with Prime Whitebeard, while Mihawk failed at making a old and sick Whitebeard move a single muscle.

Rayleigh is strong, but overrated in the fandom. His best feat is stalling Kizaru and we know due to the Oden Flashback about how strong Rayleigh in his prime was and...he tried to gang up on Pre Laughtale Oden together with Scopper Gaban. And Oden paid no attention to either of them. Mind you, that wasn't even Prime Oden. Oden is someone who was put on the same pedestal as Roger, who is Rayleigh's captain. Rayleigh is around admiral level as he never showed anything that puts him above. Akainu, who is stronger than Kizaru, got ragdolled by a old, sick, and heavily injured Whitebeard, while Oden (while not even in his prime) clashed equally with PRIME Whitebeard (who is much stronger than the sick, injured and old Whitebeard who faced Akainu, the same Akainu who is stronger than Kizaru, who Rayleigh couldn't beat.)

He's an admiral and has a op devil fruit. Otherwise, it's hard to rank him.

Vista was stated in the vivre cards to be a top tier swordsman who can match Mihawk. Mihawk couldn't beat him and instead postponed the fight. With that being said, I still feel like Rayleigh and Fujitora are stronger than Vista. Let's be honest, Vista is clearly not admiral level. His potrayal and feats still put him above Shiryuu, Current Zoro, and King though. Vista traded blows with Mihawk on equal terms. Shiryuu, Current Zoro, and King aren't capable of doing that.

He basically HAS to be stonger than King and he's most likely stronger than Current Zoro since Zoro will face him later on.

He beat King. As of now, Shiryuu is probably still superior to Zoro since Zoro will (highly likely) face Shiryuu later on so Shiryuu HAS to be stronger than King imo.
