Thanos
- Can't die
- Tanks blasts from guys like Odin, Silver Surfer & Galactus
- Is smarter than Doctor Doom (who in turn, is smarter than Lex Luthor, who is presumably smarter than or equal to Batman)
- Has really advanced tech
- Regularly wipes the floor with Thor and Hulk
- Can survive a black hole
I don't know as much about Doomsday, but based on what I've read in this thread, and what I know of Thanos' power, he'll make Doomsday his bitch. Not saying it'll be a curbstomp, but still a clear win for Thanos.
Also, for people saying that Doomsday would just come back and kick Thanos' ass after he dies, that doesn't matter. It's still a win for Thanos. Like said early on in this thread, it takes time for Doomsday to come back, so unless he's going to revive himself seconds after dying, then it counts as a win for Thanos.
-That is ofc a problem, but knocking him out will do in most cases.
-Doomsday, by comparison and by the time he met Superman, had already encountered Green Lanterns, gotten blown off Oa by a Guardian committing suicide, killed Darkseid's personal champion and was later killed by the Radiant, a being of pure energy... whom he later returned and killed, so lets just say Doomsday's resistance to energy blasts is well covered.
-I'll be honest and say I think Doom is actually smarter, I mean Thanos is really old and all of his knowledge is accumulation of countless years of study, Doom on the other hand is what 40? at most? and he's outwitted and decimated some of the most powerful beings in the entire MCU.
-In comics, everyone does :)
-Think Doomsday would do the same tbh, it may be difficult for him to actually kill the Hulk but knocking him out is certainly within the range of possibility.
-I think it says it all that with the H/P version of Doomsday, the only means they could think of to stop him was to drop him off at the End of Time where there would be nothing for Doomsday to come back to. Either that or constantly bounce him between teleporters, never letting him reform more than 25% before being bounced again.
