I, like a lot of others, very much liked the Gotham duo. The madness from Hugo was expected, but still shocking. You know that Gotham would become a villain, as lot of times, the people closest to the heroes becomes their enemies. But even so, I liked the duo, and feel for both of them, GG being traumatized, and Gotham gone mad after what happened to his parents... I can't wait for the next issue!
Definitely not seeing Justice League. The person playing Barry LOOKS NOTHING LIKE HIM! Are people so blind to not see that?? Seems DC's only good at making comics these days, as they don't have an inkling of character similarity. Barry is blond and blue-eyed not a Peter Parker look alike -.-"
I know I'm the minority, but I like Sam Wilson as Cap, (but he was way better as Falcon), and X-23 as Wolverine has been all around fantastic in her solo series. Would I want Logan back? Sure, but OML satiates that. Hulk...never understood why they replaced Banner. I get why people are hating on Iron Man replacement. If it was Rhodey or Potts, it'd be welcoming, because they've been in the Iron Man family since forever, but a new girl, out of nowhere, takes the role...
As an African American... This is not how I want to be represented in comics. Miles Morales is the standard. But if this is another Thor Girl in disguise I am done with Marvel
Edit: To clarify, The way miles gained the title of spider-man was organic, natural, and a joy to read. He EARNED the title. The way Thor girl gained the title represents everything wrong with Marvel comics today. Events that aim to gain attention and anger rather than writing a full fledged story
The way Falcon gained the Cap title is fine-ish(draining cap of the soldier serum shouldn't have aged him). The way Khan gained the Ms. Marvel title is fine. But Cho(hulk) and Jane (Thor)? They suddenly APPEARED out of the blue with no real explanation for why their predecessors could no longer carry the mantle.
I will never understand why they replaced Banner. I stopped reading Hulk when the Doc Green storyline ended, and Cho started. Like, what the heck? I'm a new Hulk reader. I don't know people like Cho or Samson, so springing this whole new Hulk on me and giving him a ridiculous name? Ugh.
Hopefully they'll make their own Young Avengers team....
Maybe New Warriors?
I've been enjoying the All-New, All-Different Avengers (only Avengers series I care to read since Secret Wars.), but it would cool to see New Warriors come back with them! Radiated super hero, Nova Corps, and an Inhuman. Already 3 diverse heroes. If they went with that, they'd add in Rere (dont know her superhero name) as a normal human, maybe X-23's clone, as their mutant?
His parents are Howard and Maria Stark. I don't care if Marvel is saying that he's adopted. It was a stupid idea that should never have happened and fans should ignore.
