Chinese economic growth has gone severely down to 7.5% recently. Investment is fading and consumption is falling. They promised their people double digit economic growth indefinitely. They now need to spur nationalism and resentment of other Asian countries to keep their population from dismantling the government.

To add to this, the Chinese government has a bizarre view of history. They seem to believe that everything that a Chinese explorer ever came across somehow belongs to China, as if dozens of other empires had not already existed in the region in question for sometime. This is particularly true in western China, where Turkic and Mongolic groups existed long before China (and at one point conquered China in unison), yet China feels entitled to all of sovereign Mongolia, the entire Russian Far East (what they call "Northern Manchuria"), and now renewed claims to thousands of inhospitable islands in the East/South China Seas, despite the fact that at least five other nations all lay claim to these islands, particularly Vietnam and the Philippines.

even majority of the chinese in the mainland now has still some resentment against japan.. they will nuke japan if there are no consequences.

What? Japan is under the US nuclear umbrella. Nuclear war with Japan equates to nuclear war with the US, which equates to China in ruins.

Not gonna happen. US owes China billions of Dollars in foreign debt.

China's ownership of T-bills is exaggerated. Japan owns more than China, and China is in desperate need of American currency to intervene in FOREX and artificially suppress the value of their own currency to incentivize exports. Japan did the same thing in the 80's, and it ended with a massive crash in Japan and almost three decades of what has been termed "stagflation".

On that note, the notion that an integrated world economy and a complex network of various countries owing other countries massive amounts of debt did not prevent war in World War 1.

2/3 of this reads like his Wiki entry. We get it, Sentry is powerful. How does that add to his characterization? How does a basic overview (and strange allegories to things that have nothing to do with Bob) of his fears and, let's face it, childish intelligence, add to how 'great' his character is?

The reality is that great characters are developed over time, particularly comic book characters. We have seen these characters grow, change, but hold onto their core values and beliefs. Have Steve and Tony been to war, fought each other nearly to death, disagreed on issues about the fate of the universe, and so on? Yes, they have. But at the end of the day, we know where Steve and Tony stand: they're both good men, fighting in a universe constantly filled to the brim with insurmountable threats. We as comic readers care about the plight of the mutants because we've gotten to know those characters for fifty years now. We've seen their plights and their triumphs. We love the Fantastic Four because we love their adventurous spirit. We follow the Punisher because we see the injustices he sees, and we have come to understand why Frank Castle will never rest.

Nothing of the sort can be said for Bob, a character whose morality, loyalties, core values, and overall heroism were constantly taking new forms, due in part to a collection of writers who simply all refused to cooperate with each other on what the direction of the character should be. We've seen a competent Sentry who knows fully well what he's doing, and how to work with a team in MightyAvengers, as well as some of NewAvengers. And then the character does a complete 180, the Void persona suddenly becomes a pressing issue again, and Sentry is corrupted by the most obvious villains ever (Norman Osborne, really?). Part of this is due to BMB attempting to manufacture some sort of giant tragedy in 616, but all it really amounted to was a collective sigh of relief by the more serious elements of the comic community, knowing that Bob was dead and his annoying, constantly in flux character was put out to grass.

Lol at one side calling the dc voters fan boys and trolls....and then saying blue marvek wins. Makes no sense. Its a stomp in karate kids favors. Just look at everything thats been said.

Why is it a stomp in Karate Kids favor? How does Karate Kid account for anti-matter manipulation being used against him, not to mention speed and enough kinetic force to punch Sentry straight into orbit.

KK stomps. This is a mismatch and isnt fair to Blue Marvel

His durability is simply not going to hold up. Blue Marvel knocks Marvel powerhouses into orbit, and manipulates anti-matter. This is total overkill and you know it.
