Having recently read through Mark Waid's run of the Flash for the first time, the growth that Wally goes through has cemented him as one of my favorite characters. With him being the top of the list, at least for the moment.

Nothing new with Matt being this high. He's a constant fave.

I don't understand why people think Hal Jordan is boring. He may have been before Green Lantern: Rebirth, but I think Geoff Johns really managed to make him a compelling character.

Barbara's great. My young cousin recently started liking Batgirl and I'm very proud.

Eobard is a very intense villain who I wouldn't mind seeing interact with other characters outside of the Flash books. He'd make a stellar Booster Gold villain. Maybe someday.

Booster and the next entry are perhaps the most underrated characters on this list.

I really like Hank as a character. He's very flawed but I like how he keeps trying to make up for the terrible mistakes he's made. Hopefully Marvel will actually bring him back from whatever comic book limbo they've kept him in.

I love Clint. A timeless character.

Thor's great. Similar to Daredevil I think he's one of those characters that's nuanced enough that he'll never have a truly bad run on his book.

Howard is iconic. He's dipped a little bit but he'll always be close to my heart.
