Wolverine had a massive healing factor that allowed him to regenerate cells as she ripped them apart. Hulk never showed such an ability in the movies. So she'd rip him apart long before he could get to her.

Jean as Dark Phoenix would kill him by herself without much effort. The only reason Wolvy was able to get near her in the first place was because he had a healing factor. Hulk is dead. Thor wasn't that powerful in the films either. I'm sure Professor X and Wolverine could take him out. Kitty phases through Iron Man's suit which renders it useless and boom, the X-Men win.
Dark Phoenix and the Professor can probably even solo.

Well I got scans of a T-800 knocking Superman around without effort.
Superman has to go to full force to take the T-800 out. So the T-800 doesnt go to full force and take him out first.
Superboy and Supergirl gotta have help from Superman to take these machines out and the only reasons Supermans won most fights is because he had help from superboy and supergirl.
