Earlier I made a topic where I asked if Wolverine can take on Vulcan in his own movie because we all know that Hugh Jackman's version can kill omega level mutants quite easily. It was locked for a reason unknown to man so I raise a new question. One that can infact not be locked because in the books wolverine lost before while in the last stand film he won. So there is actually a topic.

So what do you think would be neccessary for this to be a fair fight and what will the end result be?

I don't think the Green Lantern would be neccessary for this fight? Quasar can absorb cosmic energy that the silver surfer uses and will therefore be completely unaffected by the surfer's attacks.

Eventhough I've always believed the silver surfer is perhaps the strongest character I think Quasar can easily take him if the surfer didn't come in with a surprize attack

O and just to point out I know this isn't the villian from the film, but everyone is talking about wolverine this week so I feel like he deserves his own thread today.

With the Logan film comic up I thought it might be nice to put volverine up against one of the best villians that X-men has ever seen.

Literally almost everything. Looking at my profile pic you will see that Batman is my favourite superhero from the DC universe and of course then that must mean that I've read a lot of Batman comics (and well it does).

Now not to appear bias but I have to admit Christopher Nolan is my favorite writer of all time (inception, intersteller, memento) so that might mean I'll just back his takes on anything above the old.

Nolan succeeded in writing Batman as one of the darkest and most mysterious heroes in any movie ever while he had inspiration like old george cloony movies to work with (that must've been hard).

Scarecrow who is possibly one of the worst villians from the comics was revived and portrayed as a true menace.

Joker of course was nothing short of the madman we've come to fear in the killing joke, but Nolan surpassed that with scenes like the hospital blowing up and Joker not even turning around to see the world burn.

Bane was a true mastermind and a brute while in the comics he is mostly just brutish.

As for the gadgets let's just all agree we've never seen anything as cool as Nolan's idea for the batmobile.

To point out the things the comics did better. It makes Batman out as a superhero because he mastered every martial art ever. The nolan trilogy made him out as a Ninjago expert and that could easily have been portrayed by jackie chan then. Even worse was that Batman studied Ninjago but for 99% of the film he fought in an MMA style. This made batman not look like a superhero but just a trained fighter. Also when Batman killed two face I felt Nolan took way too big a leap and limited Batman's ability to rescue two face from falling.

What I do feel was one of the worst errors Nolan made and one of the worst any person can make. Was to recast the role of Rachel Dawes and just expect of the audience to know that this is what happened.

Along with 95% of the people who already posted here, I feel that it was probably worse than the other 2 captain movies.

I wouldn't say it was as bad as Iron Man 3, but I would say it's definitely in my bottom 5 movies for the year.

As for Batman vs Superman. I don't think it was that bad, we all just expected a Christopher Nolan storyline along with a Christian Bale performance and that's not what we got.

Captain America Civil war - 4/10

Well this is Comic Vine so yes in comic books for sure, if this was a question placed on Yahoo answers or stackexchange then I would ask you this...

Why are 99% of UFO reportings based in America? Almost every other country in the world has a military with it's own airforce and almost every country in the world has advanced technological society and people with PhD in science, astronomy and astrology... Yet only 1% of reportings come from these other countries?

The math doesn't add up and the only logical explaination is that people who report these are either extremely guillable or ill informed or seriously just looking for attention. And then of course there is the fact that people get paid for their statements when seeing a UFO and giving a good report.

There are too many observatories in the world and 7billion people with cellphones who can take photos or videos when they see it. There are thousands of satelites that have cameras that will be able to capture at least something and it also records so it points out anomalies. So we can say with almost complete certainty that if UFO's are for real there have been absolutely NO REAL observations of any.

Then of course doing the math it concludes that no living being that needs to abide to the rules of our universe would be able to survive the journey it would take to cross from even the closest possible planet being able to sustain intelligent life to earth. And then of course there are no communications methods that can work over the lightyears for aliens to control a UAV.

So logic therefore dictates that by Occam's razor we have to answer a certain NO.

To be honest I cannot like this idea. Hugh Jackman made wolverine what most people think of when they hear the name. Sure we comic readers know another wolverine but I never liked X-23 (or the All New Wolverine) simply because wolverine was meant to be this potent killing machine. Putting a girl in his position is (to me at least) making a catwoman kind of logan.

But yeah surely some people will like this so my opinion was basicly just to bump your post

@ultimatedeadpool: That was actually my very first Wolverine comic I ever bought (Wolverine 88 from December 1994) and I just want to point out that if you read it you would know deadpool didn't say what your picture says he did, he actually said "stage left" when he went to his "gf" so that "screenshot" is photoshopped (he did say it bit not there).

Also if you read it you would be aware of the fact that wolverine had his adamantium ripped out by Magneto just before the fight so he was heavily disoriented and could not even look at a picture against the wall without falling over and breaking the frame.

If you read the comic you would know that Wolverine's healing factor was overloaded at that time and that is the only reason he needed to rest in that picture and he was actually not dead.

If you read the comic you would know that this was on page 3 of the comic and by page 7 Wolverine was already riding a car hood through a wall to keep fighting Deadpool.

Finally if you read the comic you would know that wolverine was actually victorious at the end of the fight and Deadpool had to flee by dropping a grenade.

(I'm not implying you didn't read it, I'm just pointing out that you completely misrepresented a scenario with a photoshopped pic and claimed that it should serve as evidence that Deadpool will win. It wasn't. That would be like wolverine walking away after Green Goblin cured Deadpool's cancer and we said that wolverine beat him in that case. Not in context)
