Storm's only fighting skills are in her extreme powers. Superman has incredible powers as well but if you deactivate both and it's just H2H then off course storm won't be able to protect herself.
I either don't know the 1000 men you are referencing or it's literally 1000 people. Let's say at least bruce whayne is one of them then Joker might lose. Throw in James gordan and maybe even Tim Drake then the joker quite honestly doesn't stand a chance

I don't know if you've ever seen the series "Heroes" but I'll use it to explain.
There was this part where the Hatian kept Sylar's powers from working while Peter had to shoot Sylar. But after about 2 minutes Sylar could finally break free.
Now when it started the Haitian said "he can break free anytime I can't hold him" but then he held him for 2 minutes. That's what I'm stating. Perhaps Quasar actually can hold the surfer, but not for very long? That's what I get from your picture anyway but I can be wrong perhaps Quasar said more like "he's too powerful" or something after that

Obviously i can't see the real context from that page but how i see it is that he says the surfer was about to break free at any moment rather than that his powers cannot absorb his quantum?
@germanx: Everyone just says racist but no one comes up with a better argument. So since this is what I'll find when I google it without alternatives I'll just assume you are right.
I'm no expert on the surfer but as far as I know he wields the power cosmic which gives him all his abilities. Now all I'm proposing is that Quasar can absorb all of that cosmic energy because that is in his powers.
This basicly means that the surfer would need to go into H2H with a fully powered quasar.
Now obviously Sentry is an expert on Norrin and knows of upgrades that I'm unaware off. If they alter his abilities in a way that makes cosmic attacks possible and unabsorbable by Quasar then surfer wins. But I'm not aware of anything that may cause this.
Also feel free to enlighten me because as I stated I've always loved the silver surfer so I am interested in his new abilities now
@kyrees: haha true true man. But of course the fact remains that people let television decide for them. I mean you know how many batman "fans" there were thanks to the dark knight and how many there are now after he "beat" superman in the horrible movie. That's the only point I'm making in claiming that lots of people will never read even one comic in their lives but wear all the wolverine shirts, shave their beards in a weird way and call everyone bub.

@superhero24: that's not how relativity works. They will age but at their own pace. If they are 15 lightyears away and they travel at the speed of light they would reach us within 15 years for themselves and will therefore be 15 years older. We however will be 15 lightyears older. (Even if it's not a time unit you get the idea)
Time does not stop when you travel at the speed of light, because remember that you cannot travel through space without traveling through time. That's why it's called the spacetime continuum

Yeah thanks man, I do of course know this, but it was worth mentioning so thanks for that.
I do however want to point out how the films made a level 3 mutant defeat an omega level mutant. This was however actually just a post to get back at the mods for locking my vulcan and wolverine fight hahaha
