Ever since Magneto join the X-Men, I have been very disappointed with the way he been treated. I think Marvel should of done more with his character.
I think Magneto should be the leader of the Uncanny X-Men. Saving mutants lifes and dealing with dangerous threats, is his main objective.

Leader of Uncanny X-Men
Second leader of Uncanny X-Men. Rogue will be in the same team with Magneto, they won't be a couple, just close friends.
Emma Frost will play central role in this team. Magneto trust Rogue and Emma Frost the most. The X-Men believe Cyclops is dead and Emma Frost is grieving and trying to move on.
The powerhouse of the team
The students will be all grown up. There be graduates. There no school in Uncanny X-Men.
The biggest surprised to the team is Ruby Summers. While Emma still grieving. She learns the truth,that Ruby Summers is her and Cyclops daughter. She has to cope with it.
At first she doesn't know the truth and Magneto does know and is hiding it from her.
