Scarlet Witch, also known as Wanda Maximoff, was born in the Eastern European country of Sokovia and grew up with her twin brother Pietro. In an effort to help purge their country of strife, the twins agreed to undergo experiments with the Scepter under the supervision of Wolfgang von Strucker's HYDRA cell, and received superpowers as a result, with Wanda attaining various abilities including telekinesis, telepathy, and energy manipulation. When HYDRA fell at the hands of Captain America and Black Widow, the twins joined the robot Ultron to get their revenge on Tony Stark for his hand in creating the weapons that made her and Pietro into orphans, but eventually switched sides and joined the Avengers when they discovered Ultron's true intentions. Although Pietro was killed during the ensuing battle on Sokovia, Wanda survived and became a full-time member of the Avengers. During the events of the Avengers Civil War, she sided with Captain America and was briefly imprisoned in the Raft after getting captured by Iron Man and his team before Rogers freed her. Over the next two years, Maximoff reunited and reconciled with Vision, and together the two started living off the grid in Europe, forming a romantic relationship. (Mostly taken from the Wiki.)

AND YES, THERE WILL BE SOME SPOILERS IN HERE FROM WANDAVISION. I'll mark them as spoilers and put a spoiler block over the text as well.

Psionics

• Wanda blasts back Captain America on two separate occasions, the second one after he tried to block with his shield. - (AoU)
• Wanda is able to use her Psionics to grab hold of an off-track motor train and stop it from skidding any further. - (AoU)
• Wanda is able to create shields with her powers that are capable of defending against Ultron bots' weapons. - (AoU)
• Wanda is able to catch an Ultron bot and paralyze it with her Psionics, then pull it apart at the waist and hurl it against a wall. - (AoU)
• Wanda fires off a bolt of energy at an Ultron bot that destroys the first bot and sends parts of it into two others, destroying them as well. - (AoU)
• Wanda shoots energy that flies right through three Ultron bots, splitting the first one in two vertically. - (AoU)
• Wanda holds five Ultron bots in place with her Psionics and then crushes them all together. - (AoU)

• Wanda creates a net with her powers to catch a portion of a large tower and save Captain America and Bucky. - (CW)
• Wanda is able to tag Corvus Glaive with a thrown psionic attack, even though the Child of Thanos could react to Vision's Mind Gem beam. - (IW)
• Wanda is able to destroy the Mind Stone after an extended period of time and even hold off Thanos with one arm as she finished destroying the Stone. - (IW)
• Wanda is able to stagger Thanos with large balls of psionic energy and he felt the need to grab his weapon to help block some of them. - (EG)
• Wanda is able to catch Thanos' downward strike and hold her ground as he tried to put his weight behind his weapon to stab into her. She holds him steady as she then charges an attack that sends his weapon flying and breaking off a small piece of it. - (EG)

• Wanda is able to bend metal bars on a train to block Ultron's path. - (AoU)
• Wanda is able to pull Ultron's "heart" out of his Vibranium body. - (AoU)
• Wanda wraps a soldier up and prevents him from moving before launching him at Falcon. - (CW)
• Wanda rips up part of the ground to throw at Spider-Man. - (CW)
• Wanda pulls down more than a dozen cars from a parking structure to attack Iron Man. - (CW)
• Wanda is able to catch Black Widow's kick and throw her away from Hawkeye. - (CW)

Wanda is able to stop five large wheel-like ships as they were heading for Black Widow and Okoye, lift them up into the air, and then throw them back down to take out hundreds of Outriders advancing on them:

Wanda lifts up Proxima Midnight and kills her by throwing her body into the path of a ship:

• Wanda is able to lift two huge pieces of rock/debris and throw them at Thanos. - (EG)
• Wanda lifts Thanos up in what appears to be a field of energy as the nearby rocks and debris also lifted with him and proceeds to start taking apart his armor before Thanos is forced to call in an air strike. - (EG)
• Wanda is able to lift the front of a Leviathan whale ship as it is charging towards her. - (EG)

Telepathy

• Wanda is able to show Tony Stark a future where he leads his friends and teammates to their deaths. First minute of the video. - (AoU)
• Wanda is able to show Thor, Captain America, and Black Widow images of some of their deepest fears. - (AoU)
• Wanda uses her powers to break the spell placed on Doctor Cho, which was the same mind-controlling powers that Loki's scepter employed. - (AoU)

Wanda is able to plant the thought of "Leave your house and evacuate in an orderly manner" into the minds of Sokovia's citizens:

• Wanda is blasted away by Proxima Midnight's spear and breaks through a window but is only down for an on-screen eight seconds. - (IW)

• Wanda is able to survive a blast from Thanos' ship that overpowered her shield and sent her flying head over heels some feet away. - (EG)
