Pro registration for the villains
Anti-registration for the heroes.

Dichotomous I know.
Dilemma? Absolutely.

Solution? Professor X reads every meta-humans' mind and the villainous ones get registered. If there is some form of psychic shield then you flip a coin and let fate decide. (if Professor X goes bad then the whole plan goes south real fast)

They may also happen in the off-topic forums but these forums are specifically for battles regardless of whether they happen in improper forums or not.

The scans I provided were after the ones Thor's Hammer showed. So the gloves were crafted/fixed. Later on in the series Red Norvell stops using the gloves as well but I don't recall why. It's been forever since I've read through them. "
Fantastic. Thanks for the info. It would have been a shame to have the gloves be permanently destroyed.

"Wakanda has resources in the trillions of dollars. They could spend a trillion dollars and still maintain the country no problem They are technologically more advanced than any other country as well. They also have thousands of scientists and engineers.  1 trillion dollars+1000s of scientists+1000s of engineers+T'Challas genius>1 billionaire genius+one millionaire genius. "
Maybe so, but Batman would still beat his ass. "
You might wish this to be the case. It would seem that you are making a decision based on emotion or personal bias rather than logic. No one billionaire could handle the combined might of a nation.  Black Panther wins either scenario. "
@Formidable: The thread doesn't state that Batman is facing the Black Panther and the rest of Wakanda in battle.  I can see why you want it that way due to what is most likely your personal bias in favor of the Black Panther.  You obviosly realize T'Challa can't beat Bats one-on-one so you've decided to have the rest of Wakanda engage Bats with T'Challa to insure his victory.    I do agree that Batman cannot possibly defeat the Black Panther and the combined might of his nation.  I just think he'd whup T'Challa.  "
The second battle is with prep. Prep involves all of the resources at ones disposal.

T'Challa has abilities that are superior to any human which means he is physically superior to batman. They are arguably equally as intelligent and trained. Batman is a trained human. Black Panther is above human norms in every area.

You may think he can or want him to beat T'Challa but the science does not support this. My decision isn't based on bias but rather logic.

I know he used the belt to double his strength (or 10 times as some say)....but do you have any scans of the gauntlet? As i am sure you are aware, in Norse mythology the glove protected his hand as Mjolnir got red-hot when used repeatedly. "

warriors madness is 10 times the belt is 2 times

Thor wore the Gloves when he did the Godblast against a celestial but they were destroyed (instead of his hands) I'm not sure if they were re-made after that since Mjolneir is also destroyed by the Godblast and is obviously re-made

Thanks a lot. Those links and scans were great x10. I wish they had have been remade and that he wore them and the belt.

Ok great. No hurry though. Doesn't have to be today either but I certainly appreciate it.

I believe Red Norvell used the gauntlets for a time when he 'took' over Thor's role in Asgard. "
Would you have any scans of them perhaps? I am curious to see what their Marvel iteration looked like.
