I made a similar list over a year ago (?), but oh man, how things have changed. This list is not comic book characters exclusive, but fictional characters in general.
Characters that definitely would have made the list, but does not have a page on the Vine include: John Marston, Daryl Dixon, Richard Dragon and Gellert Grindelwald
