In his original time, Lance was a young boy, born into the Hawthron family who had to deal with the abuse from his stepfather, a drunk and drugged man who beat on him, and him only. Since his mother was an extremely busy woman, he was usually left alone with this man, for weeks at a time. Receiving his wrath and anger in those weeks, not only physically, but mental as he locked him in his family’s basements in those weeks. Only letting darkness surround him, however, in that darkness. Lance would find a beacon of light, a ritual his mother made for him, specifically for this. A way to attach the Hawthron family to the gods, as well as giving Lance what he wanted, a new family as well as a fresh start. However, he never fully understood his action’s consequences.

After completing the ritual, Lance’s timeline was rearranged by the Trickster God Loki, who needed to pass his consciousness on to a willing vessel because of his dying old body. Lance would be planned on becoming this vessel, as it can hold the magical prowess. Loki, now becoming Lance’s father, failed to recognize that Lance held his previous consciousness at infant state, making his molding and morals harder to shift and change. Even if he was raised in Asgard, eventually, Lance recognized his father’s evil and parted ways, however, he’s father is still a part of him, and he shares the same similarities with him.

||Areas of Magic Prowess - The Storyteller||

Hallcukinesis/Illusion Magic:

"Intuition comes very close to clairvoyance; it appears to be the extrasensory perception of reality." - Alexis Carrel

A metaphysical manifestation of his father's trickery, the ability to manipulate and change the perception and intuition the way he sees fit is one of Lance's strongest areas of magic. While most Illusion magic only affect the target's sound and sight, Lance can affect any sensory, whether it be conventional or supernatural, even creating the illusions that can effect different planes of existence. Along with its wide area of affect, Lance's illusions can physically/mental/spiritually interact with its target, along them to feel pain from it, even trapping his target in an 'unreality' that can he can change at his will. However, as the illusion ends, any damage, even death, will become undone by reality. Restoring the person to their initial self before the illusion took place.

Mentalism/Psychic Magic:

The power over the mind and conscious of an being, this is something any being of trickery. This allows Lance to preform and effect psychic actions, such as precognition, psychometry, telepathy, and other extrasensory perceptions through the use of magic, as well as preform magic through psychic means, allow him to preform symbol magic with his mind instead of his hands. However, while Lance is extremely proficient in Mentalism, he can not outright control a person's mind without them being willing. Only being limited to acting as an ever-present, but subtle, influence in the person's mind. His mental magic provides him a means of effective psychic protection

-Psionic Magic: A submagic from Lance's Mentalism, the Psionic aspect of Mentalism allows Lance to exert mental control onto the physical world, allowing him telekinesis and other forms of mental manipulation.

ChronoKinesis:

The linear stream of time is something that Lance is familiar with, as it was used to alter its own timeline. Chronomacy allows Lance to alter the stream of time how he sees fit, whether it be by fast forwarding someone's timeline, reversing it, or even slowing down and even stopping time.

Divine Magic: Within his Asgardian nature, is his link to Odin and his source that is connected to Odin's essence. This allows him to operate forms of divine magic that is only reserved for the Skyfathers of the pantheon. His divine magics allow him to transport to inter-dimensional realms, create things from thin air, and even summon beings of light. When around the presence of god-related beings, his Divine magic increases in efficiency.

Anti-Magic: This form of magic allows Lance to nullify other forms of magic. Using it to its full potential requires specific tools, which are stored within a grimoire. Anti Magic naturally opposes any mana and magic. However, Lance can only preform his Anti-Magic whenever his normal magic isn't operating as it should be, due to that fact that anti-magic opposes magic, so it acts as his failsafe.

Chaos Magic: The way of the trickster is to get Freedom through any means necessary even through Chaos Magic. Chaos Magic, also known as Freedom Magic,, allows mastery of spells capable of warping, manipulating and/or reconstructing reality and the very fabric of existence. Allowing him to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter reality. He is able to change, mutate, destroy or otherwise manipulate any matter, space/time, living beings, organizations or minds and spirits as well as containing it, so it doesn't spread or spreads only on desired way. However, this is only effective in small amounts, and takes a piece of his soul whenever he uses it.

Abjuration; Lance can grant protection of various kinds, healing, prevent other beings from entering an area, force armor, purification and force fields.
