Have you read Minute Men, Dollar Bill or any of the Before Watchmen series? He has some pretty solid feats.
Before Watchmen also touched on the training he did as Nite Owl, which was also shown when he was training Dave to take his place. Not only does he have some decent fodder beating feats, but he also showed off some impressive agility and an aim dodging feat IIRC. One of the more impressive combat showings he had was snapping Hooded Justice's neck. If you intend to read before watchmen I suggest not opening the spoiler. It's kind of a twist considering how the event was set up in both the original series and before watchmen.
