Mr. Negative (who could maybe appear on the Cloak and Dagger show), Venom, Carnage (not sure if Marvel Studios would go for his character though), and the classic Lee/Ditko Sinister Six.
BvS was more than just dark, It was just a sloppy film. But I think It's more acceptable for Batman on his own to be dark than having what they did to Superman's character (eg. Hopeful and Good to Hopeless and Dull).
@thebourneposter: I'm not arguing that, DC has really screwed up their hopes of a cinematic universe in my eyes, but I still think with a bit of cutting this could at least become a more coherent film.
I think one of the main reason Marvel does so well with their movies is because they hire people who have a legitimate passion for the source materiel. DC on the other hand gets writers who believe that "writing Batman v Superman is when you know you've hit rock bottom." and crap like this - http://www.businessinsider.com.au/zack-snyder-old-interview-batman-prison-rape-2016-5?r=US&IR=T . If DC tried hiring people who are big comic fans like Marvel, this would very much effect how the movies were done. Though on the other hand Marvel is a whole studio dedicated to these films and TV shows, DC is not, so DC is going to be a lot more disorganized.
