If Justice League International came back (seriously, I would write it, it had potential even if the writers saw it as a joke) this is how the roster should be like.
After Booster Gold returns he meets up with Guy Gardner at a bar. They decide to re-create the team without the UN involved. Immediately, they start to argue who should be the leader but they decide to share the honor. They roam the planet after former members who would want to re-join or join the team.
The team moves around using a teleporter Booster Gold acquired while stuck in time. Their headquarters is at the bottom of international water.
During the Villain Month the titles are:
