While I personally would pass on the whole plastic surgery thing. I wouldn't begrudge someone who does plastic surgery.
Some folks didn't exactly win the genetic lottery, so if someone makes the personal choice that surgery is the course of action they want to take and have proper understanding of the risk it entails then good for them.

I would go with Yes also. Just because as a Minor you are still developing as a Human. Once you get to 18 years old even though you are still developing technically you are a legally adult and should be allotted the freedoms and choices of what this country offers.

Yep, the crux of the issue comes down to a child's inability to understand abstract concepts.
It doesn't take much for an adult to convince a child to jump off the side of a building or Ran into a wall. Kids are idiots.
Also when there is a massive amount of money to be made and an industry looking to collect that money. It makes the "Trust the doctors" argument straight up laughable in my opinion.
