They deserve the same rights as everybody else. I am just kind of annoyed that they are trying to have a name for everything.

What was the weight of that missile? It’s not because it’s big that it’s heavy. The Leviathan that Hulk stopped didn’t weight much despite being huge (it failed to destroy a building when it died on it).

Flying straight through a ship isn’t even remotely useful in this fight. Superman was able to make a hole in a Kryptonian ship that can survive reentry with a small punch.

In terms of durability, if you want to go by feat, Superman being able to tank the output from the soundwave coming from Bruce’s machine trumps everything Captain Marvel has withstood. Tanking the World Engine blast as well.
