Well maybe not trillions of times, but he is still faster by far.
 
In the scans you showed, it says Flash is going at a hair's breadth short of the speed of light. Even if we give him the benefit of the doubt and say he is going light speed, Superman is still much faster. 
 
After Lightray lands in Metropolis, Jimmy Olsen signals Superman who was in the Vega System [around 25 light years away] at the time. The time of day appears to be the same, so at the maximum it would have taken 12 hours for Superman to arrive.

Crap, I misread the quote It's actually 24 billion miles per second by Elijah Muhammad, which would make thought 464,516,129 times faster than light. He's clearly wrong though. I'm just trying to show that when writers talk about the speed of thought, I don't think they mean the electrical impulses, but the speed of the psionic energy or whatever you call it.

@Reactor:  Isn't that the time it took a test subject to recognize what an object was? I don't think that's what the writer meant by "speed of thought." Since Dr. Strange is based on magic and not science, I would think the writer is thinking similar to philosopher's and religious leaders, who have said thought travel at numbers such as 24 billion miles per second, which is over 
464,516,129 times faster than light. But I'm just speculating.
 
I have no problem with Prime winning anyways :P

He was chasing a spell of death across the infinite void with the "speed of thought." I'm not sure how to interpret that though [I don't think they mean he's traveling at the same speed of electrical impulses, which is about 250 mph].
 
I'll try to find some other feats of speed for Strange I guess.

FYI - Superman was given a "gift" by the Phantom Stranger, which helps shield him from magical attacks.
