Shane Pearl is a gifted esper. I don't have a backstory for him yet. I don't really need one, either. This guy is purely a battle character.
Abilities
Fighting: Shane's training primarily focused on PSI, but he can hold his own in a fist fight if he needs to.
PSI blast: This is the most basic of Shane's techniques. He sends out a focused blast of energy at his opponent.
PSI wave: This is like a blast but in a beam form.
PSI wind: This is basically a force push.
PSI ball: Shane is able to create a ball of pure psionic energy called a PSI ball. Shane can shape the ball into various shapes, allowing him to create powerful weapons out of pure PSI. He can also throw the ball as a powerful condensed PSI blast.
PSI enhancing: Using PSI, Shane can make his body stronger than steel and faster than a bullet.
Telekinesis: He uses the PSI around him to lift and manipulate objects. Like a tornado, he can be gentle or ferocious.
Telepathy: Communicating via thought is far more effective than communicating with words. It is far faster, can be done silently, and can transcend language barriers.
