Hawkeye wru at??
Seen it twice now and I agree with everything you just said.
What was a big issue also for me was the actually fight between Batman and Superman. It would have been nice for them to fight over different ideologies (like Daredevil and Punisher) but that was forgotten after the first act and the fight ended up being orchestrated by Luthor.
Thought it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be but it still wasn't a good movie at all. Pacing was terrible, character motivations made no sense and the storylines didn't tie in well with each other. The writing done for this movie was just lazy and very messy.
There was also a name drop for Manifold when Bobbi read the file inside the safe it had his name, Eden Fesi.
The crap netflix throws at us is just crap. I get that the don't want color, they won't that dirty grimy realism. But sweat pants and jeans? Come on.
At 1:40 it looks like she has a totally different, leathery costume with a mix of red and black. Having her be in a full on red costume beside a full on red Daredevil costume doesn't translate too well on screen.
@batsymyplaything: Pretty sure that Maggie wrote his name down when she thought he was dead
I really LOVED Namor's character. Ended up being my favorite Illuminati member during Hickman's run.
@jv: I thought lines like when Lex told Bruce "Don't pick a fight with this guy" were a little too cheesy and on the nose but that might be just me.
Gotta be realistic and put the fanboy in me to the side, but this trailer was put together terribly. Some cool shots here and there but the music was off, unimpressive dialog, showed what should be the third act and gave us two character introductions. Also got annoyed with this version of Lex but I'll wait to see the movie before I judge his portrayal. LOVED the first trailer so much more but still hyped AF though.
I wonder how Ant Man and Mockingbird fit into this story.
Pretty sure Mockingbird wasn't mentioned at all in even a rumor to be in this film.
