The Resurrection Project
After the departure of the Legendary genesis archer, a secret organization developed by michelle went through research in order to find a way to ressurect the well preserved Genesis archer. Over the years they developed a technology that would be able to trap the conciousness of someone within a sphere like gem called an exsphere. they were able to sucessfully ressurect ga, but not with the same body that he had before, they had to use another corpse as a vessel to carry Ga's Conciousness, so they decided to find the corpse of Ga's brother Raphael xavier. Fortunately , ga's concouisness was capatible with Raphael body and now Ga's protects Libery and Justice through a new figure and form, no longer the Superior archer we know and love.
