The final faction of second civil war was the NCR A.K.A. Northern California Republic, this faction's goal was to be the successor of the original U.S and was to survive as all the other nations fell around them. World War III took place in the same time the second civil war, the Chinese and Russians were the power houses slaughtering millions in only weeks in their foolish attempt to save themselves they used up the majority of their advanced technologies such as power armor,plasma weapons,laser weapons, nanites,super tanks,tactical nukes, the time to reproduce the equipment was large indeed before the two nations had more than they can even dream but failing to be conservative with their resources they killed many in little time but than had to switch their military forces into using lower grade resources and equipment which gave the other surviving nations a chance to defend themselves, while the handful of nations slowed down the Russian army barely in Europe this gave the UK time to use an experimental experiment that isolated them from the rest of the world and over night the country disappeared leaving their citizens across the globe trapped and defenseless. In the middle east races of all kinds aligned together to fight the incoming waves of Chinese army and would fight them off to the very last man and while they fought they unleashed their advanced nuclear weapons on their home country killing billions with just the blast and several million more with the radiation. while those two fought Japan was surprisingly left alone due to the Russians and Chinese thinking it was not worth the time of attacking oh how were they wrong. Nations all around the world fought for thirty years, corpses hills high littered across other countries the British citizens who were leftto die by their people were offered asylum by the NCR who were building up an army to retake the North American Continent, 50% of the British were killed before the NCR could help them but the other half got to California where it was found out the Japanese had also formed an alliance with the NCR sharing much needed resources that they had hoarded up much more than their people would ever need. With the Japanese helping the NCR and the NCR gaining fame for giving refuge to the British they were off to a good start.

Thirty years into the war and the most powerful faction was Russia the second was NCR and the third was China which was severely devastated in waging their war against the middle east which led them being unable to conquer North Korea which cannibalized nine tenth's of the South Korean population to survive and gathered their resources to hold off any threat and used their nukes to deter Russia.The Colonists and Confederates disappeared some time during the thirty years, it was unknown what happened to them only thing that was obvious was that their technology was in the need of taking however the Natives still stood in the NCR's way with all citizens of the faction becoming cannibals to survive, tens of thousands escaped the states to the NCR which only offered them refuge in exchange of service and loyalty of course many accepted others were who didn't were thrown back into Native territory. Only one quarter of the previous nations remained and half of that quarter had become cannibals, the Russians had not come cannibals neither had the British,NCR,Japanese and even pocket of remaining South Koreans who fled to California, but other than those every other country with the exception of Australia (which also disappeared at the same time the UK did) everybody was a cannibal Cannada was soon taken over by the Russians while the whole barren middle east was dominated by the resource stricken Chinese, in the Summary below this will show the status near

NCR History

Formed almost immediately after the breaking up of the U.S California had a back up plan created by the Governor of the state to unite together as many other states as possible to form a better and stronger U.S the Governor's name was Gordon and with his devil's tongue he charmed and convinced several states to form together, before the great depression hit the U.S California was a store house for tens of thousands of super nuke missiles and had advanced laser satellites which bought them almost complete immunity from invasion of China and Russia but they still formed an army with the U.S troops and local militia against the Natives, Colonists, and Confederacy. Governor Gordon used a bear as the NCR's new symbol of America to show their strength and will to survive, ten of thousands of people joined the NCR army during the great civil war, the state of California did not just have an adequate defense but also stockpiles of emergency technology that the previous governor ordered to be stashed in case of an invasion ever happening, several useful objects and data were found in this stash which made the NCR more powerful than it could ever be with out it. Advanced Simulation and training programs in holo dics were in the several large facilities these programs were created by the military to make regular people into soldiers and others into support units. these holo discs would instant implant the knowledge for basic military know how into a humans brain saving much time for military instructors which allowed them to build up an army thousands strong in only a quarter of the time, regular training exercise and front line combat would harden their forces into the best quality of men since pre World War II. During the beginning of the Third War governor Gordon knew that they needed something strong and unique to keep this new nation from being destroyed they need and came up with the NCR Commando program several infants were abandoned to their dooms in all the states and nobody wanting to take care of them Gordon ordered them be the future soldiers. While they had the man power to hold their grown Gordon wanted to take back America all of it and than the world, while this dream seemed ridiculous at first he thought of how he can create an unstoppable force and went through the NCR's resources experimental procedures and drugs followed by training discs that even would make Spetnaz training a walk in the park made Gordon instate the program. All infants under a year old were called generation zero in this program and were immediately experimented on going through scientific procedures and surgeries many died over half did others than went through drug enhancing drugs and the NCR scientists went as far as attempting to genetically modify them into super humans. the next generation were still in the womb pregnant woman who wanted abortions in this destroyed world were instead sent to the NCR facilities where the embryo was extracted and put in test tubes to be experimented on. third generation were children over a year old but under four, these children would be train literally from birth or child hood the old fashioned way no freedom privileges the orphanage no longer existed only a special boot camp designed to create an elite combat unit to assist the standard NCR trooper in combat. Out of all the experiments Generation one was the most successful with a 99% satisfaction, up close was the third generation which had a 89% satisfaction rate, unfortunately first gen had a 50% satisfaction rate as the infants grew up only a tenth of the original test subject survived and only became semi meta human to their standards so the program was scrapped up in

favor of a combination of Gen 1
