Not true. Its been shown those dc characters are weaker then Thor an hercules. None of those dc characters can hold earth on there back Hercules has done this alone. Dc isn't over the top. They are weaker in terms of heroes because they usually have to group togther to take down one threat. Shaggy man, doomsday. Those threats Thor could take down himself.
As for this battle Black Adam wins. Namor isn't one of the top strongest he is just in 100 tons in water he isn't over the edge with it. Plus I believe black adam to be more durable and stronger.

His bio doesn't say he is superman human I know you made that up since he was only trained to fight and has high amounts of chi which he has never used in his agility which I don't even think he can use. Yet from what I've seen Spiderman has done those feats, Mandarin has done those feats, and some others.
