Did no one else notice the similarities in plot to Amazing Spider-Man or was it just me?

Anyone else notice it was basically the plot to the first Amazing Spider-Man movie?

@Lvenger: Batman's vehicles are designed for stealth unless you watch his newest movies which actually is a tank.

It's not his style. Batman is a stealth character. You aren't very stealthy if you are running around in a tank.
