Oh no, he was just running around there at the time. I actually haven't decided where he lives because I don't know where I want his families restaurant to be. It might actually work just fine there, good way to avoid getting caught (because his family has secrets)

Although actually Expendaville might make sense regardless, so that's fine either way. especially since he's been doing that stuff with Catherine.

Splendid!

Sounds good? Gonna head to bed soon but if you've got a city in mind I'll mention it when I post sometime tomorrow evening. If not I'll just be vague about it (location is mostly irrelevant, cause you know phase running, but speaking english is definitely preferable)

Sweet! Well I can't start tonight. Maybe tomorrow, unless you do. But first should we set it up starting off with powers or not?

Normally, it'd be not. Since Salvio usually just acts when he sees an issue, and since he's so fast and the phasing messes up how light reflects off him, he never gets seen properly. So you know, nobody ever knows who it was. If he saw someone with super-powers, or who seemed out of place, he might really want to check it out. Or if some crime occurred and he noticed, he'd intervene and return to what he was doing immediately after.

But he does sometimes use a skin colored morph-suit mask if he feels like messing around and sometimes going at high speeds, and sometimes not. Take this route though, he's mostly just going to be running around somewhere that's abandoned for the fun of it. Not actually doing much.

Ah, alright, nice!

Wow, worst possible person for Lucias to fight lol. This is why he sticks to street levelers most fo the time.

Ok, should probably go with Salvio. Whether it ends up mostly being him trying to stop the destruction, or if we go some other route. Lucias is still pretty combat prone (or investigative) in regards to what he's actually done in rp. So while something could be managed, Salvio might work better.

For Salvio I guess, yeah, either he's trying to stop him causing so much destruction. Or save people. Or we set it up more casually and let Salvio's more outward personality help move things along?

Hm, guess it depends on how we play it out. Salvio will only get involved if he sees an active situation, like a legitimate reason to attack or intervene with something that Luke is doing (he really isn't a very pro-active hero, because he really just doesn't see himself as a hero). Lucias though probably would be more likely to have heard about something he did or researched it, and decided to try and find and get him if he could. Which would primarily consist of trying to set him on fire, since a dagger would almost certainly do nothing lol.

Maybe?

If your dude is known as being evil (and has most certainly killed people) Lucias might hunt him. Though, he may not be so certain he can catch him due to the sheer speed difference between them. But at least he'd try. He can pose a threat if hot enough temperatures can, but he doesn't like doing that. And the fact Luke can apparently move at mach 100 does kind of put a damper on any expectation to actually chase him down.

Salvio (amicus_pacis character) might interact with him. Since he's sort of a speedster. Mostly just a kid who likes helping people, doesn't even consider himself a superhero. His body is already a bit superhuman, and he has a fairly high durability and specific type of high healing factor, and he can phase through anything which allows him to reach pretty much any speed at the loss of inertia and ability to effect others while phasing. He can technically reach equal speed to time, but when he does that he can't sense or think properly, so it's only useful for moving around and not actually doing anything. In order to do any serious damage he basically just goes at really high speed while phasing, then stops phasing and basically becomes a hypersonic projectile who relies on his durability/healing to survive. Very joking kid, lighthearted. Really doesn't want to hurt anyone he just wants to help when he can.

Currently my other two characters aren't much in use. I may work on them more, but right now they don't have much to go with.

"Go through Hell just about every time I fight someone who should be way out of my league, healing hurts just as much as burning does and I've been put to a million pieces more times then I'm happy. My body is physically incapable of suffering more pain then it already has. If that happens a few less times because of this, I'm good with that."

(OOC: Gotta scram, got really late. I'll see you later!)
