In short: Terry was in high school before starting training and then still maintained a public life. Damien was born and raised as a combatant. Damien also has a super human healing factor.

Terry can defeat his own suit with standard gear. Damien can defeat Terry without a suit so he should still beat him with a suit.

I may need to rethink having my base on a ship.

@Kayle_Rez: While the mobile weapon platform was entirely alien to him, one of its armaments was somewhat recognizable: a railgun, like the ones aboard his ship, yet more advanced. For a moment, Leon was in awe of the technology, one of the challenges of railguns was heat dissipation yet the relatively small weapon fired rapidly... the moment passed as the weapon was turned towards him.

"Bail!" The Dreadnought threw himself into the air just before the railgun munitions struck, vaporizing any material in their path and igniting everything else. The Dreadnought caught hold of a fire escape, swinging his way to the ground.

After a not-so-elegant landing, the Dreadnought turned to face his opponent, just a man against a mechanical Goliath. Yet, the Dreadnought never fought on a level playing field. Activating the Protocol 5 interface, the horde of thermite mines that had been deployed by the helicopters revealed themselves to Leon. He brought his custom revolver to bear on the mech, feeling a little silly, and fired a volley of Expandoment rounds. On impact, the rounds would rapidly expand into cement-like material encasing and rupturing the target, and Leon aimed for the joints. "If only I can hobble it and draw out the pilot, we may have a fair fight."

The Dreadnought moved for cover, keeping as many mines between him and the mech as possible.

@Kayle_Rez: Dusk was settling over the city skyline as the helicopters sped towards the port. The Dreadnought had taken a seat inside his craft, contemplating their next move. The threats against the registration were mounting and there would be little time to prepare countermeasures. The Dreadnought was also unsettled by the resistance's organization of late. By taking a defensive position, the resistance was choosing the battlefield and as a tactician, he could not allow it. The evening certainly had the ambiance of the battlefields of his youth. Screams of the innocent pierced the night only to be silenced by gunfire. There would be the harsh barking of orders and the roar of engines until more screams were heard, followed, of course, by gunfire.

BOOM! Fire flashed in Leon's peripheral vision. He lunged to the side of the helicopter, looking behind them. The rear helicopter's engines were engulfed in flame and the Dreadnought could only watch as it carried its men to hell in a fiery chariot. He clutched the side of his craft as the pilot began evasive maneuvers.

PFFZT! PFFZT! PFFZT! Rounds began flashing through the air between the scrambling craft. According to protocol two of the remaining helicopters broke off to face the threat. The Dreadnought used his helmet's enhanced vision to identify his pursuer, but nothing could be found in the dusk. Suddenly, a burst of fire lit up the night as it spewed death at another helicopter. The resulting explosion provided the light he needed, revealing...

What the f..., Escort turn to engage, pop flares and Protocol 5 - Salt the Earth. Leon turned to his pilot. Swing us around, this guy's fast, there is no point in running. Contact battleship command and have them bring the guns to bear. Use the this bird's infrared as the target point and keep it on that craft! What was that thing? Leon had seen nearly every kind of military prototype on earth, and no mobile armor had reached the kind of capability being displayed here.

His two intercepting birds were now in range and emptied their arsenals at the rapidly approaching target. The Dreadnought's own helicopter hovered just behind them. Leon prepared to jump if necessary and loaded his equipment for the nearing battle.

@Kayle_Rez: (Making sure we're on the same page. You are pursuing my helicopters with you mech? I've gotta go patrol, so I'll be back in 6 hours)

Read and enjoyed. I liked the art but, yes, it has its weak points. The game looks great, I'm not expecting it to blow my mind because I know I would be disappointed, but you can tell they are putting a lot of effort into it.

Well, that got out of hand. The Dreadnought leaned out of the side of the helicopter as they sped away, allowing the wind to buffet him. His blood still boiled from the adrenaline and drugs and the wind seemed to set his mind at ease. Over all, the Dreadnought counted it as a victory. At least one of the Atlanteans would likely be captured and would prove invaluable to study in Zone 6. If nothing else was demonstrated today, it was that knowledge is power. However, a cloud seemed to pass over Leon's face, quickly obscuring any expression of accomplishment. D@mn, I'll have to reschedule.Captain.

    Yes, sir?

Go buy me the following: flowers, a get well soon card, and a balloon.

    What kind of balloon, sir?

    Make it The Little Mermaid.

My vote goes to @cbishop: for the dialogue and expansion of DCU.

@Ziccarra_Liafador: Really, its me being selfish. As a newcomer I always appreciate having a who's who and where to save confusion. Correctional facilities do put a lot into accountability, though. Headcounts every other hour, bracelets, even checking while they sleep to make sure they're alive. Fun, fun. Still better than how we treat senior citizens in those facilities. lol sad face.
