I don't know which Ronin is being used, but either way I see it being a win for him/her.
Clint was trained in hand to hand fighting by Captain America. Since joining the New Avengers he has demonstrated that he is one of the top fighters in MU right now, and would have done Cap proud if he had actually taken up the mantle.
I haven't read as much of Maya Lopez, but I do know that she has the skill of a heavy-weight boxer, Daredevil's fighting and acrobatic ability, and Bullsye's accuracy. Based on that I have to give the fight to her.

Although Ronin is a great fighter Silver Sable is a grate tactician and she is highly trained in martial arts. So in my opion she could probably stand fair against Ronin but then she could really come up with a plan and take him out using her surroundings but thats just my opion

I don't know about Maya Lopez, but Clint Barton is an excellent tactician who has lead the Avengers, Redeemers, and Thunderbolts on more than one occasion. Over the years he has had to become an expert at using his surroundings to his advantage in order to compete with the superhuman threats that he has.
As for fighting, Sable is skilled, but hasn't she been beaten by Black Cat?

As I understand it, BC's strength is on a barely superhuman level, and only because of microservers in her suit. But she's not exactly on Marvel's list of top tier martial artists, so beating her isn't the most impressive feat somebody can have.
And, just FYI, if you want to have any respect at all on these threads, don't just state an opinion, give a picture of a crappy television cartoon, and then say you don't want to back up your opinion because you don't feel like getting into a debate (this is a debate forum after all).
Based on fighting skills, Silver Sable would mop the floor with Ronin. She's an extraordinary martial artist, one of the top in the Marvel Universe. If you need "facts" then compare their entries in the "Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe". Silver Sable can be found in the 2005 Women of Marvel, while Ronin is in "The Mighty Avengers: Most Wanted Files". Silver Sable has a Fighting Skill rank of 6 compared to Ronin's rank of 4. I didn't read the issue where Black Cat beat her in a fight, but if that's the case it's disappointing to hear the writer downplay her skills like that. Then again it's not terribly surprising, since the more popular character usually wins a fight in a comic, despite differences in skill levels.
