Gaston was born into French wealth, a huge mansion greeting him on a daily basis. Raised by a kind mother and father (as well as several butlers), Gaston's every need was met, and by the time he was eight years old he had his own sports car. Of course, he didn't drive it, but he did own it. Also around the age of eight years old, one butler told him a deep, dark secret, something that had been locked away for almost two hundred years.

Gaston's family was royalty. Descendants of the last King of France. What seemed like a fascinating, deep mystery to the young boy was pure lunacy to his parents, who shot down this concept. Angered by how ignorant his parents were, the young boy got into his sports car and drove off, vowing to never return again so that he may avoid his idiotic parents.

And, of course, that ended exactly how you might expect from an eight year old boy trying to drive.

The car collided with a tree, shattering three things- the tree, the car hood, and Gaston. Immediately sent to the hospital, Gaston made an almost miraculous healing, the majority of his body being perfectly fine in the incident. However, his legs were thrashed beyond repair. As the doctors said he may never walk again, his parents took Gaston back in, and searched far and wide for anyone that might have any way of fixing his legs. The only man that they found was a robotic engineer, who offered to try out his new autonomous designs on a 'live subject'. Hesitantly, the parents agreed, and after another surgery, the boy could walk.

In fact, the boy could do more than walk. Gaston found that the legs were almost superhuman in strength. Vowing to use his powers for good, Gaston used his super powered legs to play extraordinary adventures around the house, and seemed to be at peace for a while.

Until he recalled what the butler said about his family being royalty. Now nine years old, and still convinced, Gaston seeked to uncover the truth, and dedicated his leg-powers to that cause. This crazy endeavor only lasted him 21 years, and THEN he snapped- so wrapped up in this quest for a title that no matter what, he would become King on his own accord.

And, the only way he could become king, was by killing the current King. So, he slew not only his father, but his mother, therefore becoming the rightful ruler of France.

Or so he thought. Soon after, he was arrested by his own government, and was imprisoned for a life sentence. However, only a few years after, Butch came into town, and offered the man a way out- by servitude. To this day, Gaston- otherwise known as 'Revolution' travels with the B List, and fights amongside them.

Gill Flenderson was born in a perfectly average community in a perfectly average town in perfectly average Nebraska. He was a high school football legend, dated all the pretty girls once or twice, and was friends with just about everyone on the block. By the time he got out of high school, he went to a small community college, and met what would be the love of his life- Samantha. For a while, the two of them were perfectly happy together, wading their way through student loans and the power of love one step at a time.

Then, one day, Samantha learned that she was pregnant. The two of them became overjoyed, and during a car ride with his mother and father, Gill told his parents. Parents also overjoyed, they drove home to celebrate, but on the way back drove headfirst into a gas station. The gas station proceeded to explode, a freak accident that almost immediately killed everyone around. Except for, of course, Gill. At the exact moment when the gasoline in the station exploded, Gill's X-Gene decided to awaken, and his body adapted. Now, he resembled a fish-like monstrosity, and was adaptive to the climate around him- so, in the case of the fire, he was able to resist the flames, and made it out alive.

Disgusted by his own appearance, Gill fled the small town, now on the run from all forms of humanity. Of course, this only kept him hidden for so long- months later, he was discovered by Butch, who offered the man a choice. Servitude, or the death of his newborn daughter.

History

A bullied high school teenager, Patsy was considered one of the shiest girls in her grade, and never was really the center of attention. With a rich father that was confident her daughter's social skills could be fixed with money, and a mother too busy drinking, Patsy was almost completely isolated- and only had one or two actual friends. Your typical 'nerd', most people considered her to be more similar to the 'weird girl from the Breakfast Club' than Molly Ringwald.

Until one day- when a certain high school jock took notice of her. What seemed like a perfect Cinderella story, Patsy realized that maybe she wasn't as pathetic as everyone believed her to be.

And, then, tragically, said jock brought her to a gang meeting. Curve's gang. Finding the girl, the gang members treated her poorly and had their fun, until the actual man Curve came into the room. Scolding his 'boys' on proper respect for a lady, he offered the girl his hand, willing to take her home. She took his hand... And, seconds later, was insane. Curve's disease, one transmitted by skin contact, got through to her, and turned her into the monstrous girl that was known as Eureka, Curve's puppet. Infatuated with the criminal, the girl came with him on all of his travels and crime sprees, until the super villain was arrested (Quote, 'that damned Vengeance').

Eureka, now alone and only one half of a whole crime boss, was approached by Butch Sokoloff, a charming man that offered to help her spring Curve from prison. Of course, this was a trap, as Butch then forced her to join his squadron of villains, making her do heroic deeds in exchange for food, water, and a bed- and a promise that she'd be killed otherwise.

Powers/Abilities

While Eureka has no actual superhuman abilities, she's an expert contortionist, and has olympic levels of agility. From her time with Curve, she learned about some fighting maneuvers, and while it's nowhere close to an actual martial art, she can handle herself in a fight quite well. This is due to her agility, mostly- the girl is able to almost easily dance around her foes in cartwheels and flips, dishing out almost fatal blows with a baseball bat when the opponent least expects it. While this makes for a deadly encounter with her, someone with enough perception to read her attacks can easily take her out- her durability is still of a young woman, and physical strength is lacking.

Another trait learned with Curve's group, Eureka is a master at chemical compounds, and can make an explosive out of almost anything.

History

Thomas Erickson was born without a face. His mother and father- coincidentally, a pair of billionaires- were greatly disturbed by this fact, and put the child up for adoption. Of course, nobody adopted a kid with no face, but as Thomas grew up he realized that he could do something... special. With every other child that he found at the orphanage, he could predict exactly when they would be adopted, down to the last minute. The predictions of Erickson were never wrong, and people marveled at his ability to predict these occurrences, but nobody ever said anything.

Thomas knew they'd never say anything.

In due time, Tom was released from the orphanage- unfortunately, unadopted. Instead, he went to become a lawyer, before deciding to quit law school to become a policeman. In time, he became so good at just predicting upcoming crimes that he was promoted to Detective, and for a long while was the greatest Detective in Los Angeles... That is, until he was framed for murder. One of the only things he actually couldn't see coming, Shift was taken and imprisoned, his trial being exceptionally short.

In jail, Tom was approached by Butch- the man behind the B List project. Offering Shift a way out from his life sentence, the detective shakily accepted, only to find out what kind of team the B List was. Butch forced him to stay with the team or else he would be killed, and to this day they are together.

Powers/Abilities

• Tommy can look into the future/past, but only in locations that he is around- at about a ten foot radius, or if he touches a specific object/person. For example, he can predict what happens to a certain location for the next thousand years, but cannot predict what will happen in an area that he's never been to, or a place that's far away from him. Likewise, he can touch a person and be able to see into their entire future/past, but cannot unless he touches that person/object.

History

Actually, his history is completely unknown. He says he's a millionaire that took in several different 'monstrous' metahumans in order to protect them, and leads them as a team, but other than the fact that he behaves like an Australian huntsman his backstory is a mystery. Nobody knows Butch's real name except for him, and when questioned on having a name as strange as Butch he's more than likely to draw a gun on whoever asked the question.

The point is, Butch has a helluva lot of money, and has either offered metahumans certain sums of cash to work for him, or has offered them protection. However, after taking in these metas, the results are always the same- Butch threatens to kill them if they choose to leave his organization. An incredibly greedy man, Butch is rumored to be taking money from different governments so that he may watch over the villains. A likely theory, he never discusses his work affairs with anyone. At least, anyone on his team.
