Thor beat non-Death Seed Sentry IIRC. And being surprised can stop a whole lot of options for Thor like lightning or wind, things DS Sentry doesn't have feats to take.
Then you recall incorrectly my friend.
Definitely would not call this a victory for Thor. He was getting rather easily overwhelmed by NON Death Seed Sentry. He casually tanked Thor's lightning (which you stated he didn't use in there fight, which he obviously did).
This also means, Thor was more than familiar with Sentry's power when he fought DSS. Saying he only lost because he was caught off guard is simply false... Since he's lost to Sentry before...
Just to let you know, Thor was using the full extent of his lightning/ powers versus DSS in there 1v1.
Thor specifically says he'll kill Sentry. He uses his lightning, hammer throws, and full out bullrushes Sentry... And proceeds to get one-shot KO'd by Sentry's optic blasts.
THEN Thor comes back, clearly pissed off (and now he's lost to Sentry TWICE so he is DEFINITELY not being caught off guard at all). He cheap shots DSS. DSS completely tanks his attack. Then proceeds to two shot Thor physically.
Read all of my pictures backwards, they came out in reverse order for some reason.
Thor should stomp Supes due to being stronger, more durable, and having his literal weakness in abundance (draining energy and a magic hammer).
I've honestly never heard anyone ever claim that Thor stomps Superman before... Stronger is HIGHLY debatable. More durable, I'll give you that, but just barely. And as for the weaknesses, draining is out of character for Thor and KC Superman is no longer weak to magic.
I can look for actual scans of his resistance to magic if you want, but I don't have access to the Kingdom Come comic right now, and I think this should be sufficient anyways.
Also I've been told KC Supes never oneshotted normal Supes, but the scan was just passed around that said he did.
I mean... He, at the very least, rocked him. Idk what you would consider a One-Shot though.
Regardless, oneshotting someone like that doesn't put you tiers above him. Captain Marvel did the same thing.
It makes sense KC Superman is above regular Superman, since he has absorbed so much more sunlight from being alive longer. And based on feats KC is significantlyout of Superman's league.
KC Superman completely tanks an attack from Hercules, who had two-shot KO'd Superman in the page beforehand
Jay Garrick can't even track KC Superman, and states he may be faster than Wally West.
KC Superman says and demonstrates he is much stronger than regular Clark.
He is definitely on another level than regular Superman.
