The Bard of Mind
Yuri Omega knows two things, firstly that it's alliance with Vrakmul and joining with the Black Hand is a matter of convenience, and secondly that in order to ever overthrow Vrakmul, it would need Primalborn under it's command to ensure that it has it's own pieces in play against the Lord of Doom. So when the current generation of Primalborn was made, it made it's own secret play to take four of them into it's own hands, two from the beta reality, two from the alpha. They would become it's Varangian Guard, the ultimate enforcers of the Brain's will, modeled after Vrakmul's own elite guard of fallen primalborn. It easily found the two of them where it needed to in the Alpha reality, Lyra and Ivan Zhukov, hailing from a forgotten town in Siberia. While the Imperium was busy trying to safeguard maple valley, the Zhukovs, secret operatives for the Grand Red Guard/Union of Soviet Socialist Cosmic Republics, were met with the full force and fury of Epsilon.
The entire town was wiped off the map in a strike so perfect it may as well have been managed like clockwork. They would be moulded into Yuri's secret weapon. Honed and refined into perfect enforcers and killers, they would spend their time growing up with the powerful Epsilon group. They would train in ever art of combat, have every inhibition cut out, every doubt and fear dealt with. They would become single minded in their duty to Epsilon, indoctrinated to forego their prior duties to the cosmos in favour of a new purpose. They would feel no pain, they would know no fear, they would hold no doubt. What were meant to be saviors of reality via the wide eyed innocence of childhood became the unfeeling servants of Yuri's master plan. Yuri, who would forever be inside their soul.
Ivan, compared to his sister, is somehow even less talktative, he barely says anything throughout the entire day, and even with his sister he prefers to communicate telepathically rather than open his mouth. From the age of three, he was trained, she studied, he was forcefed information that would make him into the ultimate warrior. He has destroyed whole worlds like nothing, he has casually wiped away entire armies with the barest of efforts, his name is spoken of in terror by those who know of him.. His nature remains a closely guarded secret outside of the black hand, and most only know him by his codenames "Terrifying Archon" for the dread he inspires. Whereas his sister is extremely in your face, he himself works more passively and subtly.
Obviously, as a product of Epsilon, he had his psionic abilities developed to a tremendous degree. He was also taught to hone his ability to force the combinations of things. He could forcefully combine individuals, worlds, animals, or even concepts in a local area. This was considered his most precious gift to Yuri's army, and this was why he was kept under such wraps even from the rest of the black hand, even from the rest of Epsilon. Of course, no amount of hiding her could disguise her from Vrakmul and the dark triad for very long. Soon enough, Yuri informed Vrakmul of it's discovery, but shockingly, if Vrakmul cared, he showed no outward signs of doing so. Yuri could keep the dreadful four. Why Vrakmul decided to allow Yuri this threat to his power is unknown, but it can only be assumed that it plays a part of his plan.
Ivan education was unforgiving and harsh, but Yuri was determined to make him, like her sister, superior to the soft primalborn raised without it's touch. It's four had to be able to hold against the remaining twenty primalborn. While boosting her primal essence was a tricky affair, though ultimately doable with a special device that regulates her abilities at Yuri's behest, Psionic boosters were easy to install so as to increase his mental might. He submitted to these processes without complaint, was he not the tool with which to restore order to a chaotic world after all? By age four he had killed his first person, by age six he had destroyed an entire world, by age seven he was already spoken of in terror. By age ten he was able to completely sterilize an alternate earth and wipe out all of it's metahumans.
By the age of eleven he had taken on High Queen maria and High King Varitus with his sister Lyra, managing to fight the two of them to a standstill, though they were unable to get the Imperial Crown of Thule as demanded of them before the arrival of John and Rose forced the twins to retreat. The setback prompted Ivan to reflect on why he had failed master Yuri, but Yuri was more worried of the knowledge that it had its own quartet of primalborn potentially leaking out. It could not risk it's prized assets being targeted for liberation from it's control, not when it was still planning for the removal of Vrakmul from the equation of omniversal conquest. It needed the primalborn, it needed Ivan. By the time he was twelve, he was deemed ready for independent operations.

Powers
Fighting skills: Ivan is trained in all martial arts available to Epsilon.
Intelligent: Ivan is incredibly intelligent, superhumanly so, despite his seemingly emotionally stunted personality and stone dead silence. He focuses on analysis and deduction, studying matters deeply so that his sister can formulate plans to deal with them.
Epsilon's strength: Ivan can smash promethium with his bare hands and has wolverine like regeneration and FTL speed. Her powers go up with her emotional state, allowing him to get more powerful as the fight goes on. As one of the "primalborn" he has enhanced senses, far in excess of that of most metahumans. He is about a third as physically strong as John is (not including his Alpharii enhancements). Ivan is quite capable of lifting and then throwing the entire planet earth without any noticeable effort or withstanding a supernova. Ivan is also extremely swift and agile.
Immunity: Ivan is immune to disease, poison, mind control, radiation, even of supernatural varieties, additionally Heat and Cold simply cannot hurt him, and he resistance to magic and psionics is simply astonishing. As he is immune to poison he is incapable of getting drunk. He cannot become zombified, undergo vampirism, or lycanthropy.
Psionics: Ivan is extremely potent in the arts of Telepathics and energokinesis, allowing him to mess with one's mind with such terrifying ease. She also practices telekinetics and dimensionology.
Bard of Mind: Despite the name, he does not make music. Rather, he is a destroyer of the very concept of sapience, of thought and intellect. He works passively, slowly rendering things non-sapient with just his presence, destabilizing the concept of thought around him. He can of course, focus these abilities for much more active purposes, and can similarly attack any sort of "guidance" to anything. Missiles become unguided, evolution loses it's track, a team loses it's leadership. Psionic abilities are also vulnerable to Ivan's manipulations, and he suppresses psionics in his area, with generally only primalborn level beings able to maintain them near him. He can outright manipulate or create the concept of mind in other wars, but destruction is what he excels at. She can to some extent, also dole it out, granting sapience to the non-sapient, giving leadership where there was none, or granting psionic powers.. He's also capable of flight, he will cease aging the moment he hits eighteen. It's easy to see why he's so feared with these abilities.
Bard of Mind continued: His psionic abilities are naturally enhanced by his status as bard of mind, and he can also control things commonly related to mental activity such as electricity and the cold (brain freeze), using them to his own ends to deal horrific damage that is further bolstered by his energokinetic powrs.
Combiner: Perhaps the most unique ability of Ivan is his ability to forcefully merge distinct objects into a single whole. He can merge concepts within the reach of his abilities, he can forcefully amalgate two or more separate beings or objects, and he can choose which traits of the affected are expressed in the new whole. He is of course, also capable of separating these things if need be.
Creature of Mind: Ivan is not a living creature as biology understands it but is instead a manifestation of the will of the abstract personification of mind. What you see is really solid "mind" capable of mimicking life if it wants to after he was taught that what he thought were biological functions were really just his unconsciously mimicking them. Now aware of his true nature, he's not bound by the standards of life. His powers can't be altered or dampened against his will, even by multiversal level reality warpers. He also has no Chi to alter or manipulate, not being a truly biological entity.
Truenaming: While the more laconic high draconic shouts are only Dave's thing, all of the primalborn can use truenaming. Truenaming is the art of speaking the true, primal tongue of the omniverse, telling reality what to do. The power of truenaming is limited only by one's imagination and vocabulary. Truenaming becomes virtually impossible to resist if the user uses the Truename of their target in their true speech rather than a generic description. This is notably, one of the only times Ivan ever actually speaks.
Armor modes: All Primal born suits have four modes, Speed, Power, Stealth, and Armor. In speed mode, Ivan's speed already incredible speed is further enhanced as the armor's nanomachines bond to his cells and allow them to contract far more quickly than they already could while rewriting his neural pathways to move and react even more quickly, to the point that even other FTLers are virtually incapable of perceiving him. Power as it suggests, has the armors alter his musculature for greater leverage and elasticity for enhanced strength. Stealth mode creates a lensing field that bends all forms of detection away from him, even vibration simply flows around the suit, and even precognition is incapable of distinguishing a divine steel user in stealth mode. Armor mode does exactly what the name implies, it causes the nanostructure of the armor to realign for maximum strength and shock absorbtion, while Divine steel is already more or less invincible, this greatly reduces the amount of shock transferred to the user. Multiple modes can be activated at once and each mode allows for special maneuvers and techniques, but they cost energy.
Equipment
The half-Gemini: A pair of hook blades; the half-gemini excels at rapid disarming and dismembering of opponents as it's indestructible primordium blades sink into any defense whether it be matter or energy based, even intangilability offers no protection from these psychically charged weapons of law and evil. Unable to be picked up by those Ivan deems unworthy and it's mere presence hateful to the enemies of epsilon, stopping these blades mid-swing is virtually impossible without primordium of your sword, and preventing them from finding solace in one's flesh or armour is similarly next to undoable. Though Ivan is far from the strongest of the primalborn, he makes up for it with sheer finesse.
Tongue-Biter: A seemingly limitless supply of Primordium throwing knives are at Ivan's disposal as his ranged weapons, with these seeking, nasty little blades carving through just about any defense as they attain just about any speed that Ivan wants out of them in their quest to impale and carve up an enemy with maximum prejudice. Like other primalborn attached weapons, the tongue biter cannot be used by those that Ivan does not deem worthy to wield them; which has the added benefit of making them impossible to remove from a body unless Ivan calls them back if Ivan doesn't think they're worthy to draw the weapons out of their body.
Mental block: Ivan's lightest suit of armour, is his first tier armor suit, which also comes with a helmet to defend his head. The armor adds enough strength that primary adamantium ceases to be a problem for him, even without using his weaponry. It's the first line of defense, and it's a symbol of solidarity under Yuri. It also incorporates the triple shielding technology commonly used in primalborn armor.
The psionite is Ivan's second line of defense, only 33% as physically strong as the raiment of the dragons, but still quite capable of measuring up to John's ultimate tank suit in other ways, especially in terms of agility and technological aptitude. It is especially well suited to psychic enhancement. In essence allowing him to operate with even more psychic might and power, while also providing yet another layer of triple shielding.
Ivan's terrormonger suit is built for psychic enhancement and straight line speed over all else.. By this point, anything trying to attack him has to be met with their attacks being met with three seperate chances to be perfectly reflected at a 75% rate, then have their attack's force cut by 75% three times, and be met with three regenerating shields that intelligently swap places to make sure none fall. Despite only having 33% the shock absorbtion and strength of John's vestment of the wyrm, the Terrormonger suit is very well suited to Ivan's method of waging war.
