About Me

Grew up on Marvel comics before graduating to graphic novels like V for Vendetta, now I read a mix of Marvel, DC and Indie's. Although I watch the comic based shows (except for Shield 90210) I prefer programs like Hannibal, Walking Dead and True detective. I read a huge amount of books, owning many first edition Tolkein books, but I'm quite picky with the fantasy I read, especially after completing the Wheel of Time series that blew me away. I used to be a Warhammer maniac and was a Store Manager for Games Workshop back before they forgot about the customer's; but with five kids(three step children) I don't have the time to do more than paint the occasional model. I am currently staying at home raising my two year old daughter (which gives me plenty of time to read back issues of comics that I missed) and working on my Photoshop skills. I used to study various martial arts including Ken-jutsu, Ju-jutsu and Muay Thai but have had to stop recently due to wear and tear from an old back injury(knocked off my motorbike).
