Well this definitely proves one thing, DC sure is desperate for money and or Readership. Screw this Miniseries, seriously, the only thing good that could come out of this is the Crimson Corsair, and even then it's not a full fledged series.
I do think Villains can reform, i think the transition should make sense though, Banes transition was confusing and vague, in fact i would like to see a series about a Villain or Villains having been reformed, or reforming and doing good in the world.
I was playing the game Marvel:Ultimate Alliance, and was talking to Vision about Mephisto, and he said that contrary to popular belief, Mephisto is not actually a Demon, he is a Shapeshifting Entity. Now whether this is true or not is a debate for another day, but i wonder is this a good or a bad thing? In my opinion, i like that idea, because lets face it, Deal making Devil is so damned cliched, i think Mephisto being something bigger then that actually makes him more threatening and much cooler. But what do you guys think is the better idea?
I hear there are talks of adapting The Sandman for TV (totally behind that 110%), but i wonder if John Constantine will be in the show? Since he was in the third issue (One of my favorite Sandman issues) and i would love to see a true adaptaion of the character, hell he could be spinoff material for that show. What do you guys think?
It seems weird, because no matter where you put a villain, sooner or later they're gonna break out. Hell, Checkmate kicked all of the Villains asses to a Alien Planet, and they still found a way off, but hey, maybe that Supermax idea David S Goyer had may work.
