No where in naruto cannon manga we get light speed statements and planetary busting statements. Literally nothing at all. You only get multi mountain busting at the most. The best feats in naruto is toneri cutting the moon in half and the creation of the moon.

Nothing in the entire manga supports any naruto planetary feats.
