Team 1 wins 6/10 times.
For those who think Team 2 can just speed blitz over and over again until they tag/one-shot Team 1, don't be so quick to assume that Team 1 would go down so easy. Keep reading for why I think this is the case.
TEAM 2 "FEATS": As plausible as it is to assume that Team 2 has every capacity to be as fast or faster than Superman, they're still slower than him at the point in time of the Kansas fight (in MOS). Therefore we have to make those same assumptions if they fight Team 1, since this is the only context for feats we have. I would say they can move at bullet speed 10 feet at a time, and can fly at the speed of a standard ground locomotive (i.e. motorcycle).
SPIDER-MAN: Believe it or not, 616 Spider-Man could probably react to Team 2’s speed half the time, with the other half of the time using Spider-Sense to avoid getting tagged. Spider-Man may not be even half as fast as either member of Team 2, but he is fast enough (and has a high enough level of precog) to get out of the way of their attacks in time. And that’s all that matters, really. Spider-Man may not be able to one-shot either member of Team 2 either, but if he doesn’t hold back he can certainly go toe-to-toe with them. Yes, he is that strong. Keep in mind 616 took out Firelord, a herald of Galactus, and held up the Daily Bugle, doing both with his bare hands. 616 Spidey is, for all intents and purposes, basically a mini hulk with kung fu skills and a precognitive battle sense.
IRON FIST: Iron Fist would have a hard time surviving/avoiding a speed blitz or full-speed dash attacks. Thus, he would have to rely on strategy to put the fight in his comfort zone, so he would probably focus on letting Team 2 come to him while he would focus on perfect defense and perfect reaction counterstrikes. If he plants himself in one little spot like a tree and sustains his chi for a long enough period of time, he could actually just punch his way out of trouble. And if the punches connect, there won’t be many follow up punches necessary, if any at all.
TL;DR – Spider-Man has the speed to dodge Team 2 (not out-maneuver, just to dodge) as well as the strength to hurt them. (Remember, this is 616 Spider-Man we’re talking about, not TV show or movie version. 616 Spider-Man has held up buildings with his bare hands.) Iron Fist can win if he stays in one spot and focuses on hitting Team 2 when they come at him, allowing him to maintain perfect defense and basically guarantee tagging them with chi-fisted strikes (which, at that point, is game over for Team 2). But because Team 2 is just so fast and strong, I say Team 2 wins 6/10.
