Reflection based on murderous intent is far too arbitrary, we have 0 clue how the ability will interact with attacks meant to KO or restrain.

Case in point: nothing happened to Code after he partially transformed preparing to attack/restrain Daemon, while the guards died just from drawing their weapons.

I can easily say the Cell Jrs don't have murderous intent unless ordered by to kill by Cell as they were content torturing the Z fighters who they could've one-shot at any time (though I won't use this as it relies on too much speculation on Daemon's powers).

I'll say stalemate at worst as the Cell Jr's possess Cell's high-tier regeneration as per one of Dragon Ball Super's bonus chapters.

Goku Black wins eventually. Black passively creating several SSB tier clones with regeneration will overwhelm Gohan eventually.

I'd rebuke that it passively reverts “all” actions taken against Giorno and argue that it instead passively reverts all attacks/negative actions: ex: it didn't negate Diavolo throwing blood on Giorno but activates when King Crimson is about to punch/attack him, likewise it didn't automatically stop MiH's universe reset (I assume Giorno kept GER), but if Pucci attacked Giorno directly with MiH active I'd assume “reset to zero” would activate. If it activated against all actions and not just strictly negative ones, nobody friend or foe would be able to even touch Giorno regardless of context which isn't the case.

Aizawa's quirk isn't an attack on its own nor does it cause direct harm to Giorno and thus I see no reason why “reset to zero” would activate.

If the arguement is that GER would work anyways even if Aizawa's quirk is active, then I don't believe GER working in King Crimson's time skip is a valid reason for GER to work when stand abilities should be nullified and I'd say agree to disagree.

If everything is truly equalized then I'd assume Kisuke is the most skilled and hence wins after Aizawa negs everyone's powers.

Don't see why Law doesn't take this considering he can use his devil fruit without Haki. Aizawa depowers everyone and Law proceeds to stomp with Room.
