Your Pull List
A list of comics I either own or just really like and might own someday. I put the ones based on TV in their own separate list, because they were kind of taking over, heh.

Penny's first true (read: Earth-616) appearance since Generation X ended.
Avengers Academy was the series that brought Penance/Hollow back in 2011-2012 (if in a mere background capacity) after the 2007 Loners mini-series ended. She appeared in issues #21 (don't have it, was just a few small panels), #30-#31 (the mutant arc, which I own).
Here it is! Storm's very first ever ongoing series, released July 2014. The first trade paperback came out Mar. 3, 2015.
An absolutely fantastic Storm miniseries that I own.
Emplate makes a comeback here. Added bonus: a recap of Penance's arrival at the Academy during Generation X #1.
I mainly bought this because it had the issue spotlighting Blindfold and the aftereffects of X-Men Legacy: Emplate. As a bonus, another issue contains a scene after Age of X (which is after New Warriors, vol. 4) describing the aftereffects of Age of X on Chamber.
The '90s Catwoman was the best, none of this New 52 business.
A gothic Catwoman with Penance claws, as imagined by Chris Bachalo? Had to have it, got it on the Internet about 10 years after it came out, hehe.
“Supergirl: Being Super” is a four-issue miniseries imagining Supergirl in a high school setting.
Representative of all the Sonic comics and specials I have -- and believe me, it's a lot.
This volume of reprinted stories includes Sally Moon stories in Vol. 4, Sally Kid+Sally Moon+Girls Rule! stories in Vol. 5, Princess Sally's focus reprint in Vol. 7, and Sonic Comic Origins story for Princess Sally in Vol. 10.
My first comic book was Princess Sally #2.
Representative of all the Knuckles comics and specials I have -- and believe me, it's a lot.
I ~think~ I have a few issues of this from the '90s and early 2000s. Representative of whatever Archie comics I have. Betty's really great.
Bought the two trade paperbacks collecting the eight issues of this run.
The hardcover version has an extra six-page Chun-Li story created specifically for this edition: http://www.udonentertainment.com/blog/product/street-fighter-legends-chun-li-hc
Fantastic! I've got the hardcover compilation of Marvel's English translation of this French comic.
A collection of stories that serve as a prequel to Sky Doll as well as an expansion of Sky Doll canon.
A mash-up of Storm and Wonder Woman. Easily the best part of the "Amalgam Comics" crossover stunt.
The other part of "Amalgam Comics" crossover stunt I own. It's neat, if you like the kind of thing portrayed on the cover.
Penance/Hollow in Volumes 4 (Emplate and Generation X) and 5 (Hellions Emplate's and Hollow).
You know how sometimes you watch a movie just 'cos all your peers say it's good and it got great reviews and was written by someone fantastic? This is the comic book equivalent of that. I heard about it on Newsarama and was pressured into buying it, heh. Considering I love lions, and understand it's a serious look at war, I probably won't be disappointed... whenever I get around to actually reading it.
Waited for it to be in trade paperback format before I bought it. I loved the preview pages I'd read, and it got good reviews, so why not?
Saw it in the book store; someone got it for me for my birthday! Yay!
There were series of Jurassic Park comics back in the '90s, but honestly, they mostly look like direct adaptations of the movies and I'd rather own the movies than the comics. Besides, the new ones look prettier (and I need nice-looking comics to keep my attention, hah)! This one takes place 13 years after the original movie, with the two little kids from the first movie using their grandfather's money to secretly re-open Jurassic Park. Yeah, that can't possibly go wrong.
Not sure what the plot of this one is. The previous volume included Texas as a location, so I'm going to guess when things went inevitably horribly, horribly wrong, here's what happened in Texas. Not too keen on picking it up.
This one looks intriguing. There's a redheaded lady called Dr. Frances White who looks awfully friendly with the dinos on the original Jurassic Park island. Hmm...
How did I not know about this already...? I'll have to investigate further, but I'll probably have to buy the one with Sailor Venus on the cover! (Likely to be #5, due out May 1, 2012).
Look at this! It's Sailor Venus!! *such a fangirl moment* Will have to investigate this further for purchase potential.
A three-issue origin story for Codex. It's basically a prequel to the beloved web series, but I don't think I'll be picking it up. The one-shot for Tink mildly intrigued me, but the one I might really pick up is The Guild: Fawkes one-shot that's upcoming. I swoon over him every time Cyd does, lol.
A compilation of the previous one-shot and so much, much more. So glad I got it!
12-issue prequel mini-series.
My love affair with the Xombie series began in 2003, when creator James Farr put up his webseries. It's also available on YouTube: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4421414776CEA3D5
I bought the Donatello one because he's the coolest ninja turtle! Turtle power! :)
The trade paperback collecting #1-4 of "Non-Humans" by Image Comics, this was an intriguing premise with neat art so I considered owning this.
The trade paperback for Wayward came out Mar. 25, 2015, but I haven't bought it. Billed as "BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER FOR A NEW GENERATION!" this looks neat and I may consider buying it in the future.
