Like the barrier fruit, the book and mirror abilities from big moms children, bluenos air doors Laws ability, with which aside from its spatial property, they could literally remove the chakra network from the opponent, and what if you combine big moms powers with peronas hollows making people negative. What about ludicrous combinations of devil fruits like Robins and any fruit that that requires physocal contact, corazons power to cancel all sound and Absaloms invisibility, you could literally turn people into a brainwashed toy without them being able to sense anything. Every composite of this magnitude can virtually do anything that's why throwing out any given ability doesn't mean a thing and the likely outcome just comes down to the fundamental differences in powers and that puts the devil fruit users at the advantage since the one piece verse never established any fundamental requirements for devil fruit powers, while in Naruto characters were intentionally limited by them drawing from a finite source of power for their jutsus specifically to explain why certain abilities are not making it impossiböe for the plot to happen. The very few abilities that aren't tend to be presented with even more devastating downsides.

Ninjutsu has the disadvantage of being powered by chakra as an energy source and requiring concentration to be used so no matter how many you know your power would be limited by your physical capabilities, which in this case are equal to your opponents in this case. Devil Fruits meanwhile often work passively, so even ignoring the possibility of some devil fruit neutralizing chakra as a threat(let's say Big Moms), there is basically no way of damaging a composite user to begin with. There is a logia fruit for any given element, Buggys fruit for blades, Magellans for poision, luffys for blunt force, imprisoning them doesn't work due to certain powers allowong you to pass through materials. So a composite user could literally only be harmed by seawater, seastones and drowning.
He doesn't really do a whole lot of damage to most remotely noteworthy OP characters and doesn't really have a weapon against logoa types and the likes at all so he doesn't stand a chance. He is holding out for a good long time due to the defensive nature of some of his power until something he doesn't notice takes him out. Assuming his powers also protect him from non physical attacks in the first place otherwise the first conqueror haki user takes him out.
