I suppose if a being had stronger magic then the goddess Hylia, they might be able to break it. These Goddesses created the universe, so I doubt Ichigo qualifies.
Goddesses? As in, more than one? And I don't think the shield needs to be stronger than her, specifically, does it?
Yes. The spell that makes the shield indestructible has to be broken or overpowered and that would require a fair bit of power considering who cast the spell in the first place. It's the same principle with Thor's Mjolnir. A being would have to be more powerful then Odin to interfere with it.

It can, you see, they say Soi Fon's 2-hit-kill ability is a magical ability to kill anything no matter what, does that mean that Soi Fon can kill TOAA? Of course not, it's never been shown to be countered, but that only gives it the feats of killing anyone that it's actually been shown to kill, anything else is assumption.

It wasn't really a you-die-no-matter-what. That was merely a claim made by Soifon. A character statement, its not necessarily true. In Link's case it isn't a character statement, its Canon. This has been consistent in every game.
Can you show me link's shield blocking a planet buster? How about a universe buster? How about an Omnipotent's energy blast? What makes another statement any more "canon" than another? lol
