My Favorite Things

This is a list of the things that take up my time. Things I think about when I'm not working. Things that I have considered writing epic, action packed fan fiction about. But I don't write fan fiction… yet. Maybe someday :P

The list is ordered from favorite to least favorite, but really, all this stuff is awesome to me! It's also a work in progress, since I started this on the spur of the moment and had nothing organized. I'll add to it and possibly organize it better in the future. What follows is a list of my favorite things, and some random thoughts.

List items

  • I watch the show and read the comics. It's been great from the beginning, it's got a ton of potential and I love it! I primarily stick to the show cannon and my own head cannon, though there's some great stuff in the fandom. I tend to avoid the creepy stuff, no matter what fandom I'm in.

  • Pokemon first and foremost, but I love all of their main franchises. Kid Icarus: Uprising was a blast, and the story came up with crazy epic stuff out of nowhere. And the dialogue was hilarious!

  • Windblade is what's gotten me really into Transformers recently, but for all intents and purposes this picture represents the whole franchise for me. I'm planning on slowly learning more about this universe, because it's awesome, and I can only afford to buy a little at a time lol

  • Avatar is awesome. The show's reputation speaks for itself. Though The Legend of Korra has had it's fair share of critics, I find it easy to overlook the problems when it comes to stories I love. It's problems don't bother me.

  • 6 max level panda toons, 2 druids (a troll and NE), a warlock and priest nearly to max level, and 2 hunters that will be max level by the release of the next expansion. When that's done, I swear I will not level another alt! *crosses fingers*

I would also like to say that I would count Diablo and Starcraft in a group with WoW, but I couldn't find a way to do that with the search function in this list creation page. (They should also add a "save draft" function too, but I can still dig it.)

  • Disney has a lot of awesome franchises nowadays. Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and their revamping of their Disney Princess stories (I loved Maleficent), Disney owns some stuff that I really love.

  • DC has some great stuff, there's no denying that. When I go to buy comics I normally look at the DC stuff first. The reason I don't lump this together with its parent company is because, to me, it feels like DC isn't as widely accepted or endorsed within Warner Bros. as Marvel is at Disney. They make use of their franchises, and they do a good job for the most part. But there's this strange feeling of disconnect that I can't explain. Disney feels like a family of networks, Warner Bros. feels like a collection of business partners. Maybe it's just me.

  • I'll always hold this show in high regard. It was a huge part of our childhood for me and my friends.
