One of my favorite Batman films,(I rank it right up there with Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy, which I also love) this movie features Kevin Conroy (THE voice of Batman) and Mark Hamill (always a great choice for Joker) at their best. The story and animation is great (which is no surprise as it's from the same people behind Batman: The Animated Series), and I love Shirley Walker's music in the film (particularly the more operatic version of the Batman theme at the start of the film).

This movie is a very dark and disturbing tale told very well. Works well as an ending to the Batman side of things in the DCAU (especially when coupled with the episode of JLU, Epilogue). Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill are, again, amazing in this film. This is also one of Will Friedle's best performances as Terry McGinnis.

The animated version of Frank Miller's Batman going up again Joker and then Superman. Peter Weller is an awesome Batman, as are Michael Emerson and Mark Valley as Joker and Superman respectively. Not a bad performance in this film, in fact. The animation and soundtrack are also top-notch. Everything about this movie is awesome.

Excellent adaptation of Frank Miller's classic story. Bryan Cranston is brilliant as Gordon. McKenzie's Batman is good, though a little bland at times.

Like part 2, part one has amazing performances from everyone involved, but the story does seem to drag a little bit.

Best "Fantastic Four movie" so far.

This 2 part pilot and Return of the Joker are the 2 best stories to come out of the show Batman Beyond, a great show in its own right. This one starts off with an older Bruce Wayne still fighting crime, trying to save a woman from her kidnappers. Then he has a cardiac episode in the middle of a fight. In his helpless state, he finds that he has to do something that he vowed never to do. He picks up a gun. Though he didn't have to fire it, that's the point where he retires as Batman. Then, a decade or two later, Gotham gets a new Batman, being helped by a reluctant Bruce Wayne. Such a great story.

The Motion Comic- Definitely the best motion comic that I've seen. Pretty good cast and animation. I would still prefer to just read the comic, but it's a very satisfying watch. It doesn't hurt that it's the beginning of one of my favorite X-Men runs. When I first watched this, I hadn't read an X-Men comic in years. Seeing this inspired me to go out and get the rest of Joss Whedon and John Cassaday's run.

I found this to be pretty disappointing, especially as follow-up to Flashpoint Paradox. It's not a bad movie, it's just nothing special either.

I liked this one okay when I saw it, but it's not one that I'm anxious to ever watch again. Another one that was just alright.

This is easily my least favorite of the animated DC films to have come out. The voice acting just isn't good (especially William Baldwin as Batman...). With a better cast, this could have been a really good movie. Oh well...
