One attack was a giant shockwave and the other was a piercing attack that is hard to react to. If Zoro was well positioned, he would be able to block King's attack.

@johanliebert123: Destroying a chakra that can tank moon being destroyed and having a form that’s 10 times above this feat >>> BOZ Piccolo feat

Piccolo's feat is small planet+ considering Piccolo not only vaporized the moon but also sent broke the grravitational binding which is why it's not a gas moon

I think Luffy scales to end top tiers of OP now so he should be continent scaling to WB Quakes and being able to damage Kaido's scales.

I'm pretty sure it's been stated but I'm not sure if it does or we consider it bypasses durability yet

@woodward: Pica was calced to be around 1.5km iirc. Not to mention, Don Chinjao splitting the Ice Continent is already an impressive enough feat from a high tier character that Luffy scales to. Also, a injured base Luffy has a feat of face tanking Fujitora's fierce tiger which pulverized one of the giant rocks surrounding Dressrosa which is mountain level.

Pain's physical durability, strength, and speed doesn't compare to Chibaku Tensei and would just get blitzed by Luffy imo. Chibaku is his most impressive feat but his strength doesn't scale to it in comparison.

Some are inconsistencies from Toriyama's retcons, being Vegeta and Frieza's claims. Some are just characters being in denial when they're defeated. Obviously, you're using a fallacy by setting up your premise that all these statements are hyperboles. Then, putting in statements that aren't clear examples of hyperboles into your arguments.

If you wanted to, you could put in Vegeta's statement that he would destroy Earth and how Goku countered it with his own, but didn't blow up a planet. But there are actual feats that back up Vegeta's claim. Piccolo after barely beating Nappa was able to vaporize the moon with a no name ki blast. Piccolo training to become stronger only to get played around with by a casual Nappa who beat all the Z warriors who were just as strong as a Raditz.

Not going to lie... this is a pretty pathetic argument. You need to learn what a fallacy is.

@rukelnikovftw: maybe for Frieza, but Cell was supposed to be killed by Gohan anyway. Besides that, Goku still intended to kill Frieza after Frieza tried to kill Goku near the end. If Future Trunks didn't kill Frieza in the Android Saga, Goku would have.

Luffy doesn't kill everyone in his way, but it doesn't make him a saint especially when the show doesn't focus on it.
