First problem is you saying "tank" which is a loaded question fallacy because the Elites have never had a clear cut tanking feat. None of the Elites fight by "tanking attacks" because all four of them go directly for kills and rather use their skill in fighting to evade attacks in order to not get hit by one. Most of them, durability doesn't even matter. Gerard converts any damage to power, Lille is intangible, Askin would neg Magic affecting on him, and Pernida would just evolve.
Now I have a question for you, what are Meliodas's best strength feats that would put him above Bleach High Tiers?
I don't understand your point most peope try to avoid getting hit in fights that doesn't make durability a non-factor. As for the elites : Lillie doesn't start in vollstandig so he's not intangible yet, askin can be killed either by magic or physically, perninda evolution has limits and even so he can't evolve if you eradicate him. Gerard is impossible to beat with physical attacks but Merlin or gowther could tp or trap him in perfect cube or absolute cancel.
It's not his best but this feat alone puts him physically above all but a few bleach characters.
