What has DC done to my Green Arrow. They cut his hair, beard gave him googles, and made him into a pretty much Justin Hartley look-a-like. I liked the smallville green arrow costume but I woulda preferred in a alternate universe.   The art coulda been better but it is not as bad many people make it out to be. It fits the issue ok.
