For simplicity if a character had a re-write (like pre and post retcon) that I only included the most powerful version. If the character got different items of power, then I may include them with different items (Thanos HOTU, IG and standard).
I've yet to see a list that actually ranks characters according to power (and ability to beat eachother in a fight)... this list is my attempt at that.
